Our room was not clean. Our bathroom had mold and no mody wash. Water pressure was like a third world country. Towel size was like for toddlers. No daily housekeeping, only every other day. Cleaning ladies blasting music early in the morning while cleaning room next to us. TV didn’t work. Hallways smelled bad. Elevator didn’t work well. We had to take the stairs several times. The only good thing was we had so many restaurants and things to do nearby. But, over all terrible experience. We come very often to Tampa as we are Busch Gardens annual pass holders and I guarantee you we will never stay here again.

Wet musty carpet odor
Not so good. Odor of wet musty carpet the entire 5 days. Management refused to speak with me and was offered room change on day 5. Clothes remained in suitcase to prevent odor from getting in them

Home2 Gave our Prepaid Room Away
When we arrived at Home2 tired from traveling all day, we were told they gave our room away. It was reserved and prepaid and nonrefundable. The only room left had 1 king bed instead of the 2 queen beds we reserved. And in place of the couch and chair to relax on were 2 foot stools. Also the grip was broken off the bathroom door so opening and closing was very awkward. 2 nights there was a very bad start to our vacation. The man at the desk said an issue came up and he had to give our room to someone else. There is no excuse for giving our room away.
