we were there for three nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable and were more than enough for us to be out and about all day. The reception staff was helpful and friendly. We were just a little surprised that the parking spaces cost extra because this wasnt mentioned anywhere.

The hotel was really clean and rooms were cleaned every day and towels refreshed. The staff were helpful when we had a problem with our room and it was resolved straight away. The locations is pretty poor as not much around and we struggled to get a taxi but the metro is about 15 mins walk away.

Had an amazing stay with super customer relationship even without me speaking french. my special regard to the man that made me enjoy every minutes of my stay in the person of Mr Abdel .the reception Manager He was so helpful and was there for me at all times. Lovely stay but the hotel is very basic no facilities in the rooms for tea coffee etc. the restaurant doesn’t open at weekends and there is no where else within walking distance to eat so not the greatest location. Staff were very nice and helpful but you need to ensure you have plenty of change or a card for the vending machines
