GREAT MAINTENANCE AND CLEAN SERVICE.
FRONT DESK, NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. IGNORE THAT, YOU CAN GET A GREAT GUEST EXPERIENCE. REMEMBER, IGNORE FRONT DESK INCOMP...., YOU SHOULD BE FINE....
P.S. TWO HOTELS IN ONE AND THE HOTEL FRONT DESK THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE OTHER, THEN YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. i.e. feel like a step child, you'll be treated like a step child even if you don't feel like one before....
Otherwise, great bang for your hard earned dollars and indifference, however, the Latino Staff DID SAVE THE DAY! WOW, OUTSTANDING STAFF (MINUS FRONT DESK EVEN GROUP.) WILLING TO AMEND THIS OPINION.... HOWEVER, IF YOU WERE MY FRIEND AND FAMILY, I WOULD ADVISE THE FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE ISSUES.
