Worst vacation ever
Our room was filthy when we arrived....and throughout our stay. The women at the reception desk and in the shop...were extremely rude and evasive when we would ask where the all inclusive stuff was...including beach towels, water, safe deposit box, shuttle service to Havana, massage services, etc. Before offering this property through Hotels.com, maybe Hotels. Com should check out the properties they are advertising. The food was absolutely disgusting...and the beer, wine and alcohol was minimal. BESIDE the women in reception and the tobacco store...all other employees were friendly and helpful. I will never return here...and I will never again use Hotels.com

The staff were helpful and friendly. Location close to the beach. The hotel itself could do with a bit of a makeover and spruce up. But taking into consideration its Cuba and the very reasonable cost it was except able and I would stay again

Chambre correcte , mais douche froide ... Les coktails au bar , pas terrible , pas de vrai jus dedans , les mojitos sans citron vert ni eau gazeuse ... Buffet , moyen moin , pas de choix , pas tres gouteux , les ananas imangeable car pas mur , dommage . Jolie plage , mais rien aux alentours , heuresement la navette gratuite pour se rendre a la havane , 20 km .

C’était horrible! Inacceptable! C’est un endroit où il y a beaucoup de prostitution juvénile! Vous devez vraiment retirer cet hôtel de votre offre!! Les chambres étaient très très sales! J’ai payé pour une chambre double et j’ai dû dormir dans un lit taille d’enfant : plus petit qu’un lit simple... Les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas et ce, depuis le 30 novembre . Imaginez devoir transporter des valises au 3-4-5e étage sans aucune aide! Les choix au buffet étaient limités aux saucisses de hot-dog et au tilapia, la piscine verte émeraude pleine contaminée, un jour sans glace le lendemain sans bière, aucune possibilité d’avoir du vin rouge ou un simple mojito... Je suis allé à Cuba plus de 25 fois en 1,2,3,4 étoiles et je n’ai jamais vu quelque chose d’aussi pathétique! Que dois-je faire pour être remboursée?

Fraude y robo por parte del personal.
¡Horrible! suelo venir cada año, pero el servicio ha empeorado por lo que no volveremos. Esto es un todo no incluido de susto, para beber un vaso de agua debes esperar más de dos horas, porque han anulado las barras del lobby y la piscina. No me han permitido cenar porque eran las 9 de la noche. Hemos reservado y pagado con antelación y cuando intentamos hacer el checkin, después de más de 6 horas esperando, a las 6.30pm, la recepcionista se niega a entregarnos las llaves de la habitación, nos ha restada de forma agresiva y maleducada, ha llamado a un agente de seguridad para echarnos del hotel y nos ha amenazado que si no pagábamos de nuevo la habitación no podríamos acceder. Es una vergüenza y es inadmisible que Expedia permita este fraude.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Dreckiger Strand, Zimmer nicht sauber, Safe war versperrt, Lift hielt nicht im 5.Stock, wo unsere Zimmer lagen. Dann steckte ich noch eine halbe Stunde im Lift! Der Pool ist eine Katastrophe, nur laute Animateursaktionen , wir haben nach 2 Stunden schon wieder ausgeheckt, fuhren in die Stadt, haben dann im Hotel Sevilla gebucht.

Lo mejor es la franja de playa, las habitaciones cuando llueve le entra el agua, los elevadores son 2 y uno estaba fuera de servício y el otro se paraba seguido y había que usar las escaleras, el bufet con poca variedad y el servicio muy deficiente a excepción de 1 mesero y de 1 bartender y muy amables las de front desk y los de seguridad de la puerta principal.

Extrêmement déçu
Les 6 chambres réservées étaient sales et sentaient la cigarettes . Les draps de lits très sales ainsi que les serviettes . Tous est à refaire au 4e étage. C'est bien dommage car l'hôtel est très bien placé. Accès facile à la plage. Cette hôtel n'est pas "Adult only" de plus il y avait des chats alors que les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.

Everything is not what it seems.. beauty on the outside but terrible inside. It rained this weekend and halls had leaks. Food was the worst! And the 24/7 bar only has rum and coke, and beer.

Perverso el servico de este hotel, irrespetuoso
La atención inicial fue perversa, señoras de un caracter terrible, nada amigables ni colabordoras. Daban escasa información. HUbo que esperar dos horas afuera a pesar de tener reservacion por que las habitaciones estaban en mantenimiento y eran las 4 de la tarde. Un servicion pésimo.
