We were in Italy for 3 weeks staying in 7 hotels and these gem of hotel was the top of all of them…far enough from Sorrento so you can enjoy the marvelous view and 10 minutes to lively sorrento that you could enjoy the town at your leasure. The restaurant is divine! We order the steak, OMG! Perfection (a bit on the pricey side but out of all the meals we had, this was probably top 5) The gardeners are beautiful and so peaceful. That was my favorite, just enjoying the view and the amazing trees

Et af de smukkeste hoteler ved kysten, med så mange teresser og en vidunderlig historie. Nemt går tur til Sorrento på 2,6 km, ellers er bus også en mulighed.

We loved our stay here! This is a place where you can really spend time at this hotel and relax with the amazing views and they even more incredible staff. Keep in mind. It’s a bit off the beaten path so it is a walk into town, but we really liked that aspect and felt it got us out of the busyness of the city. Restaurant has decent food, but is a bit pricey. The real charm of this place is the views including the lemon Grove in the back and the superb staff. Room was also very comfortable with excellent room service. Would absolutely stay here again.

Veldig flott hotell med en utrolig hage. Fine rom, bad helt ok. Vennlig betjening i resepsjon og bar. MEN frokostvertinna trekker totalbilde av service langt ned. Gav gjester solid kjeft med ord og kroppsspråk hvis de ba om påfyll på kaffe. Hun alene betjente kaffemaskinen og nåde deg om du uforvarende skulle ta påfyll. Var juicemugga tom, og pakken stod ved siden av, da var det klar beskjed, sitt og vent 5 min. To i gruppa satt seg ved et bord dekket til 3. De ble jagd bort med grov kjeft. Her bør hotellet ta ansvar. Gjestene betaler tross alt for oppholdet.

I was so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It was such a lovey, serene setting. The rooms, grounds and facility were spotless! Breakfast was adequate, but dinner was top notch!!!

Die Villa Crawford ist traumhaft gelegen, direkt oben an der Steilküste über dem Meer. Die Trägerschaft durch einen katholischen Orden ist sichtbar aber vollkommen unaufdringlich und schafft eine ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre. Wer möchte, kann die Stille der Kapelle nutzen. Der Bus nach Sorrent führt direkt an der nächst gelegenen Straße vorbei, wo sich unmittelbar an der Grundstücksgrenze eine Haltestelle befindet. Bei schönem Wetter sollte man unbedingt das Angebot der Hotelbar nutzen und damit auf die Terrasse gehen. Bei herrlichem Blick auf den Vesuv und das Meer kann man dann einen Espresso trinken und ins Träumen geraten. Auch kleine schnelle Speisen bietet die Hotelbar in guter Qualität. Hier erwartet niemend, dass ein zweiter Gang bestellt wird. Wer dann gehobenere Gastronomie genießen möchte, wird unten im Hotelrestaurant fündig, das inzwischen allerdings kein Geheimtipp mehr ist und daher reserviert werden sollte.

It is one of he most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The grounds and inside are immaculate. Beds are comfy, the rooms cozy. The ocean views are out of this world. The only complaint is that the breakfast lady is the most unpleasant person and her service was extremely poor at best.

I liked the history, the gardens and the balcony looking out over to Naples.Our garden room only had a small window.I had previously been in a dual aspect room that was more spacious, so that was disapointing.

Es como alojarse en un convento, lo cual significa que para descanso hay mucho silencio, y las instalaciones son impecables, el edificio muy bonito. No se siente ambiente de vacaciones, no escucharás música. Las personas del hotel son muy amables. El desayuno es muy pobre y la atención al desayuno no es nada buena. En general para descansar es una buena opción, aunque se siente como si estuvieras en una iglesia.

We had to leave this hotel at 11 at night because of bedbugs. They would not reimburse us for our three day stay so we’re out almost $700.. They offered to change the sheets and that doesn’t get rid of bedbugs

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and would squeak when you changed positions and the bed sheets were uncomfortable. There were ants around our sink in our bathroom. The staff member serving the breakfast was very rude and once breakfast was out nothing was restocked. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. It would have been nice to have an overview of what is offered and provided at the villa and how to get around the property. The reception staff were friendly and answered lots of our questions however they gave us a ton of information very quickly when we arrived which lead us to keep having to come back to inquire. There was no info on the villa restaurants, local shopping or beach info provided in our rooms or pamphlet only a map.
