Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel and great staff, nothing was too much for them. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless. Buffet breakfast was varied and good quality.

Decent hotel with amazing beachfront

Amazing beachfront location! Great swimming pool, with affordable decent drinks served. Very clean, cleaning crew made sure all is neat and sand free :) breakfast OK, coffee could be worked on but still OK. Dinners - great, plenty of choice, something different each night. Drinks for dinner are not free but still very affordable. Amazing chefs on the grill! We had small issue with bathroom equipment, hair dryer is poor quality and tends to pull hair in, not big issue on summer holidays, but could be improved. In general, great stay for family summer trip.

Trevligt hotell

Ett trevligt och lagom stort hotell precis i början på stranden där det är ganska lugnt. Gott om utbud av restauranger åt båda hållen. Busshållplats utanför dörren. Att tänka på är att rummen vetter både åt väster och öster vilket innebär att rummen mot poolen får en väldigt varm balkong på eftermiddagen. Vi hade dock rum åt andra hållet så vi fick kika på grannhotellets pool istället men slapp då gassande sol på eftermiddagen. Poolområdet var trevligt och när vi var där så var det inte problem med att få solstolar. En mysig avsats där det fanns bord och stolar där man kunde ta en kaffe eller drink och sitta och titta på förbipasserande. Matsalen och maten var dock inte samma standard som resten av hotellet utan en ganska ordinär hotellmatsal. Men vi åt där några gånger och man blev mätt. Några gånger var det kvällsunderhållning på hotellet som var helt ok men för den som vill ha lite mer fart och dans så får man gå utanför hötellet.

This property was in a convenient and accessible location to the city center and the beach. The room had a beautiful views to the beach, sunrises and sunsets which could be seen from the balcony, comfortable beds, a decent size room with a large closet. The dining staff, and the chefs were friendly, and attentive to the guests needs especially Ivan. You're treated like a family member and not a guest. Breakfast was freshly made from omelets, eggs, fresh fruit, bacon, a smorgasbord of food which could be enjoyed sitting at a covered outdoor patio near the pool enjoying nature. Sumit and the others at the front desk were always helpful, attentive to guests needs, making sure you had what you needed. They provide excursions around the island which is convenient and will help you make arrangements to get a cab to you destination. The bar tenders were always making sure that your cocktail needs were met and your glasses refilled. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure you had a wonderful stay. The rooms were meticulously cleaned and beds made on a daily basis. This felt like a classy resort. Entertainment is provided a few nights a week. They should provide nightly themed entertainment and/or possibly a DJ. Thank you everyone for making my stay so stress free, enjoyable and for treating me like I was a family member and not a stranger. You won't be disappointed with anything by staying here so book your stay and enjoy your vacation. I'll be back to see my family again.

God beliggenhed - tæt ved strand, stort supermarked og træningscenter, ved busstop, masser af restauranter og tæt ved lufthavnen. Fint ikke så stort værelse, med dejlig altan, udmærket seng med tyndt vattæppe og ikke et træls tæppe. Dejlig morgenbuffet med stort udvalg, god pool og udeområde med terrasse.

Stayed here in May 2025. Weather was great, hotel was very welcoming as were the staff. Food options were amongst the best you will ever find from a buffet breakfast or dinner. Genuinely couldn’t fault the service or the premises. Will happily stay again.

Great family hotel

Great family hotel - hotel had been refurbished so everything was in great condition. Only issue was fitness room was very basic and buffet after 10 days became a little reparative (although food was great)

Es war sehr schön und ruhig. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, Strand direkt vor dem Hotel. Nur wenige Minuten mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen und der Stadt. Insgesamt war es einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich würde es jeder weiterempfehlen.

Le personnel est au top, en salle où à l'accueil, 2 personnes sur 3 à l'accueil parlaient français, spécial remerciement à Sandra qui était vraiment adorable. La chambre était superbe avec vue sur mer (junior suite). Seul bémol sur les lits, pas très confortables car on se retrouve vite en mode cuvette, (lits 1 place collés) donc si mal au dos ça n'arrange rien. Propreté de l'établissement au top du top. Bus à 1 min à pied pour rejoindre Palma centre en une 20aine de min. Super pratique. Beaucoup de commerces autour, et plage en face de l'hôtel c'est top! Malheureusement il y avait le bruit des gens dans les chambres annexes qui marchent comme des éléphants ou parlaient très fort, les portes qui claquent très fort, les bruits des chaises aussi sur les balcons qui résonnent beaucoup. C'est dommage car sans cela l'hôtel serait parfait sur tous les points.
