Robbery
The hotel overall was pretty decent. Some of the people at the front desk were nice and some were slightly rude. I didn’t like the fact that they only charged some guests a $10 per day parking fee. I didn’t understand why the fee wasn’t for all guests if they were going to charge.

Two nights stay - staff was friendly. Room outdated - no tissues available. Free bikes were available and staff directed us to an amazing bike trail. Hot tub was not good. Heater went out in middle of last night stay.

Stopped for the night
Perfect location to walk to the beach, with our Pup! The staff was nice. The hottest water i ever had in a hotel. Which after driving in the eind and rain it was perfect. The room was supper clean and the bed was comfortable. All new appliances and a comfortable sofa. I know some people would complain about the little bit of rust here and there. However you cannot be that close to the ocean without it. Enjoyed walking to dinner and the beach.

Not recently at all!
Place was old and run down, not at all like the photo. At night women in very provocative clothing and in the back room wierd movements with a group of people. we had to sleep with a chair against the door. No security on hotel grounds, we left after the second night, and we planned for a four day stay!

Positives outweigh the negatives
The bed was comfortable and the location is great! Our room could use lots of updating and repairing but for the price, I would stay again. There is a pool and hot tub. Sliders, the beach, a juice shop, and Hammerheads bar is within walking distance. We will be back!

Most horrible check in experience ever worldwide
Didn't get a room. The reception was completely messed up, couldn't find keys, was issuing temporary emergency keys,. Sibafter waiting through the backlog of people awaiting check in and finnaly getting to me, she gave me a paper to sign with several conditions and extra hidden charges to initial and sign that i read and signed. I then asked about all the hidden charges were not advertised where then she accused me of having an attitude because i asked about them. She then proceeded to deny me entry and refuse a copy of paper. She already had my credit card fo "incidentals" which i objected to leaving on their computer. They said they would credit me for booking and incidentals charge but then reneged saying i needed to take it up with expedia though i booked through hotels.com. I've yet to have chance to follow up here and with my credit card provider to see what they charged me! There was a bussed group of foreign speaking "employees" that were clocking in at same time i was being thrown out and threatened with police action which i promptly said to go ahead and call them since all i did was ask a couple of questions about surprise charges. They accused me of being rude because i asked questions and escallated incident, denying me a room or other recourse for me to leave. They did finnaly give me a copy of paper i signed but refused any other documentation so i assume they will keep my money! Hopefully i can get restored by hotel app. We shal see!

Beware of Parking fee
At check in they charge a $10 parking fee. The bed is old and the springs are bad in room 105. I had a miserable sleep.

Would not recommend!
Property is very dated. Beds very uncomfortable, pillows very small and cheap, we only had 2 towels and one wash cloth, no hand towels, floor mat, tissue or basic toiletries hotels provide. We stayed for two nights and were woke up both days at 7:30 from loud voices outside the door and the housekeepers carts rolling back n forth on the 1st and 2nd levels. Breakfast was an absolute joke the 1st morning. My husband made a comment about it to the front desk and they claimed the food service truck hasnt brought them certain items in over a month. Day 2 they actually had a breakfast set up with the items we were told they didnt have. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Lesson learned!
