Not up to Marriott’s usual standards. No washcloths in the bathroom, no cream rinse, rough toilet paper. Nothing but a bar with hangers for clothes. When they say “junior” they aren’t kidding! Cruise ship cabins are bigger! Very Spartan. The breakfast was good except for the watered down juice.

Nadie del personal resuelve los problemas que se presentan en el momento, además la gerente como toda una cobarde brilló por su ausencia, nunca dió la cara para resolver la situación, el aire acondicionado se descompuso en la madrugada, y el personal del turno nocturno no pudo solucionarlo pasamos una noche terrible con una habitación muy calurosa y no quisieron reembolsarnos el dinero ni siquiera darnos una noche más para poder descansar, tuvimos que mudarnos a otra habitación en otro hotel.

Reservamos dos habitaciones, al llegar a la propiedad la srta de Recepcion no encontraba las reserva, luego solo encontro una y menciono que como habia puesto pago en destino las reservaciones estaban garantizadas hasta las 6;00 pm (pero la que estaba activa estaba pagada la primer nt ) que pena que intententen mentirle al huesped con pretextos que ni sentido tienen

Fueron atentos en resolver que mi habitacion no servia el aire acondicionado y me cambiaron de habitacion sin problema. No me gusto que el desayuno fue totopos con salsa y cafe, habia solo sandia de fruta y no sirvieron huevo, cada dia es pero el desayuno que se ofrece en el lugar.
