The hotel is very clean and newly as well. Is in a very central location. You can walk everywhere. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was always very quite at night time. The bed was very comfy and the room was very very clean with all the essentials, water and soap as well as blackout curtains. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 ⭐ Review is because of the very strong sewer smell in the reception area, and I do understand is an old city and it didn't bother me but it is worth mentioning. The room didn't have a bad smell at all and got clean everyday. Service was awesome.

Würden wir wieder buchen

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, diesmal gab es ein Deluxe Zimmer, das wirklich geräumig war. Letztes Mal haben wir mit Tiefgarage gebucht (ich weiß nicht, ob diese überhaupt noch verfügbar ist), was wirklich ein Fehler war, da man bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt ziemlich rangieren musste und der Verkehr in der Stadt allgemein ziemlich chaotisch ist, man braucht gute Nerven. Tipp für alle Reisenden mit PKW: P+R Parc des Romains, ist nur drei Tram Haltestellen entfernt, günstig und man spart sich das Verkehrschaos in der Innenstadt. Zum Hotel sind es nur 200m zu Fuß von der Haltestelle. Die Lage des Hotels ist super für alle, die die Altstadt zu Fuß erkunden wollen. Würde hier definitiv wieder buchen. Einziger Minuspunkt: im Bad gibt es zu wenig Ablagefläche für benutzte Handtücher und persönliche Gegenstände, aber das ist ja in vielen Hotels so...

O hotel Boma é ótimo. Excelente localização, perto do centro histórico e a curta distância da estação de trem, próximos aos meios de transporte locais, ótimos restaurantes e comércio variado. Excelente atendimento pela equipe da recepção, sempre pronta para ajudar. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, mobília moderna, banheiro de ótimo tamanho, cômodo e funcional. Não há barulho, cama confortável e ar condicionado funcionando plenamente, frigo bar ok. O elevador é grande e o local para guardar malas é excelente também. Os aspectos que poderiam ser melhores são: o café da manhã, pois tem pouca variedade e algumas coisas não são bem preparados como ovos mexidos e mesmo o café de máquina não é saboroso, nem as frutas, porém o espaço do salão do café/ bar é amplo e muito confortável. Em relação à decoração, para as pessoas mais velhas, idosas e com muita bagagens, seria melhor se houvessem mesinhas de cabeceira tradicionais e os cubos que são utilizados para guardar roupa também não atendem, poderiam ser substituídos por armários com gavetas ou prateleiras. Mesmo com esses aspectos a melhorar, eu voltaria a ficar nesse hotel BOMA e acho que tem um ótimo custo benefício. Eu o recomendo sem receio.

Ótima estadia. Excelente localização e ótimo atendimento, bem organizado, elevadores espaço os, muito conforto. Banheiro e quarto espaçosos e com decoração nova, moderna, bonita, ainda que pouco funcional para pessoas mais velhas e com bagagem, com muitas roupas para organizar - mas nada a realmente comprometer a qualidade em geral. Um aspecto que poderia melhorar seria o café da manhã que poderia ter mais variedades e sabor, sobretudo em pães de sal, dispor de toasts, omeletes, frutas e sucos. Destaco que o custo benefício do hotel é excelente. Com certeza, voltaremos.

O atendimento na recepção é ótimo e a localização é fantástica com bares, restaurantes e lojas próximas e curta distância da estação de trem e de pontos turísticos. O hotel é novo, quarto e banheiro espaçoso, decoração moderna, mas não funcional para casal mais velho que viaja com 4 malas, pois não há armários, nem mesinha de cabeceira. O armário foi substituído por cubos e assim, impossibilita esvaziar as malas e guardar as roupas em gavetas etc. Quanto à mesinha de cabeceira foi substituída por uma mesinha pequenina, redonda, baixa, desconfortável, ou seja, serve para pousar óculos e um copo, nada mais. E, assim, fica impossível eu colocar meu aparelho respiratório, CPAP. O café da manhã é caro e não satisfaz ao gosto de brasileiros e portugueses. Pouca variedade e pouco sabor até mesmo os ovos mexidos não são bem feitos. Mas, de uma forma geral, o hotel é muito bom e tem um bom custo benefício.
