Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room.

We stayed in room 110, which had a queen bed and a nice sitting area. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Although the building is on a main street and our room was in the front, it was not noisy. We came to tour the mansions and this inn was very close to them. We would stay here again.

Great location! Very nice fresh breakfast with homemade waffles and eggs. Our room was quite tight but to be expected from the old building. Charming! Just the type of room that we enjoy. We try and avoid the traditional hotels.

Beds were very old and uncomfortable, no boxspring. Bugs and black mold in the room. Paint was chipping Stopper on tub was broken. After hours keypad was unnecessary as you could just push your way in. Place was NOT cheap, expected much better. It needs an overhaul.

The check in process is a bit confusing since we had to get the keys in a different building. The staff was kind, happy the complimentary breakfast was good and room was clean and comfortable. Great location as well!

We arrived to celebrate our 26th Wedding Anniversary… and ended up leaving early- no fault of the establishment- however Wishing that bed and pillows were more comfy.

Woman rude at check on. No communication prior to checkin and difficult to find even using gps. Parking was well kept secret. Of all the B & Bs we stayed in this was our least favorite. Would never recommend.

Room was in a basement, bathroom window had cobweb and dead spiders. Mattress felt old and bed creaked, pillow lost it’s fluff. Not a goodnight sleep, woke up with a stiff back. Furniture were worn and legs from vanity table and chairs were loose. I can say staff were friendly and room and bathroom were clean.

We liked the European breakfast. Room was small for two adults. There was no towel rack for wet towels. The AC indicated that the filter needed replacing and the AC was placed so that it blew directly on one of us all night. It was hard to find personnel on site. They only had one key for our room. Details not attended to.

Moldy shower grout. Toilet handle needed down-holding to fully flush. AC set to 62 would not adequately cool down room. Rowdy partiers crowded hallway at 1:30am interrupting sleep. Lumpy, Noisy, uncomfortable bed. Could hear people and other rooms moving items around at night. Room was generally very small.
