Une pépite à quelques mètres de la place Navona
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, le personnel est très agréable. Une bouteille de prosceco et de petits gâteaux nous attendaient dans la chambre. Nous avions une chambre pour trois, très agréable décorée avec soin. La salle de bain très bien agencée…parfaite. Durant les 4 jours , le personnel a été à nos petits soins avec des attentions très appréciables.

Great central location in easy walking distance to all major sites, however this meant the hotel was noisy at night. Room was clean and spacious although air conditioning was not working. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The pictures and description of this hotel were very misleading. We were disappointed in the comfort and cleanliness of the room. This was marketed as a luxury stay and it was anything but...the mattress was cheap (you could feel the springs) and there were stains and scuffmarks on all the walks and curtains. It looked dingy and we would not recommend, especially considering how much it cost. Not worth the price!

The location in the heart of Rome near to Campo de Fiorie and Palazzo Navona is excellent. Very walkable! The staff are excellent (thank you for everything Juliette!). Loved the rooftop patio - great location for drinks at night. Would happily stay again.

Recomendo muito a Piccola Navona Roof Garden! Fiquei por 6 dias e estou apaixonado. Não deixem a aparência por fora do local e o elevador superantigo te darem uma má impressão, o quarto é excelente e superlimpo, as pessoas que trabalham ali são super simpáticas e adoram ajudar no que for preciso. Eu daria nota 1000 se pudesse, mas a Expedia só permite dar nota 5 como nota máxima. Fica perto de muitas atrações turísticas de Roma ! Da pra ir andando para Piazaa Navona, para Fontana di Trave, para o Vaticano etc. I highly recommend Piccola Navona Roof Garden! I stayed for 6 days and I’m in love. Don’t let the outward appearance and the very old elevator give you a bad impression; the room is excellent and super clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help with anything you need. I would give it a rating of 1000 if I could, but Expedia only allows a maximum rating of 5. It is close to many tourist attractions in Rome! You can walk to Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, etc.

We had an absolutely wonderful time and appreciated the hospitality greatly. Alberto was at the desk and had corresponded with us multiple times ahead of time, and there to help us during our visit. Another lady who was there at checkout and was also wonderful!

Alberto is an excellent host - super responsive, made us feel right at home. He gave us great recommendations, all very friendly interactions! With a tourist influx, Taxis were hard to find but he arranged reliable airport pick up and call the taxi companies for us, even when hold times were high. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable, Alberto! As for the accommodation, it’s a clean, central and a convenient location - quick walk to all major sights and good dining options. I had travelled with two teens, the suite worked out perfectly. Couple of minor things - The traffic was loud on weekdays and the elevator felt too small for me (I don’t like being it enclosed tight spaces) but my teens were happy to ride it (and bring luggage in it)…this is just part of staying in the central location in Rome. Infrastructure is old, so the elevator is possibly the best it can be. I was happy to get a stairs workout!

Alberto was excellent. The elevator was a little freaky (for fellow travellers don’t forget to close the elevator doors so other don’t have to take the stairs), the location was perfect and Campo Fiori was beautiful! Loved our stay!

Room for improvement…
Great location, very central. Two minutes from Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori, 10 from the Pantheon and 20 from the Forum. We got a welcome bottle of sparkling wine and some cookies. Very kind. Room could use a refresh. Paint was flaking. Bad plumbing and often no hot water. Safe lock broken Breakfast below average and very little service. Overall ok but we expected more for the price.
