We spent 3 nights here and we never get bored by the view! Amazing view, spacial balcony, great communication on checking in/out and breakfast arrangements. The hotel even arranged pick up for us. The room is clean and has every essentials you will need. 3 mins walk to the oia bus stop and the signature blue domed church. If you do not want to spend a lot on suites with jacuzzi, this can be your choice!

Amazing service and views of Santorini

The stay was lovely. I was so impressed by the customer service. They reached out to me via Whatsapp a day or two before to offer transportation services (at a cost). I came right after my destination wedding so it was a nice relief to have this taken care of before arrival. The only slight negative or warning I have is to be careful with leaving food out in the kitchen. The hotel kindly delivered a plate of cheese, etc. Within an hour (maybe even just half an hour), there were already ants swarming our platter. It's not a big deal to my overall great experience, but I just would've eaten my platter way quicker if I had known.

Chelidonia Traditional Villas has an amazing view and if I find myself on Santorini again I'd re-book it. The staff were superb -- very friendly and helpful and even made restaurant bookings for us. You need to be reasonably fit to stay here -- it was 88 steps down to the villa from the main street in Oia, and of course Oia itself requires a bit of climbing to walk around on anything but the main street, as it's built on a cliff. Parking is an issue here. Now I've been, I'd recommend renting a car by the day as the car rental lot is on the edge of town and you could easily walk there to get/return the car.

Great property and location! Easy access to all of downtown Chania and local beach(es). Comfortably fit a 2 families - 8 people total. Love the rooftop! Only thing that may cause an issue for some was the steps - there's alot of them. 4 floors. Would highly recommend.

It was a short stay, but a very pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel staff was excellent. I suggest booking airport transfer with them instead of taking a cab. If you book airport transport with them, they will have somebody waiting to help with bags upon arrival. Otherwise there might be an adventure of trying to find the check-in desk since transportation can only drop you off at the bottom of the hill which is a short walk to the check-in desk. Anyway, Irinia (hopefully I remembered her name correctly) was excellent. All her restaurant recommendations were excellent. She was very helpful. The breakfast at the balcony overlooking the sea was unbelievable. Would definitely come back to this hotel when in Santorini.

Perfect in every way!

I had a wonderful stay here. My ‘cave’ room was adorable and the view to die for. Location was great and close to everything you could want. The staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that there are lots of steps but that’s Oia! The only thing I would do differently next time was choose a pool room because it was super hot in September.

Excellent staff and excellent service. They constantly texted us about our arrival, have a porter to help with luggage, helped arrange restaurant reservations and also helped tell us where to go. Breakfast basket is delivered to your room. Super convenient right in the main square close to the bus stop. Hotel room was a few steps down and away from all the touristy noise so we slept very comfortably. Beautiful views

8月のサントリーニ島はとても人が多く、暑かったですが、ホテルは喧騒から離れていてのんびりできました。 宿泊したスタジオルームは、階段降りて一番下になり、カルデラはテラスからは少ししか見えません。ヴィラ入り口まで行けば見えるかんじです。それでも美しい海と広いテラスで満足でしたが、テラスからのカルデラビューを期待するならカテゴリが上の部屋が良いかもしれません。 朝食については、質素と口コミで見ていましたが、フルーツ、パン、卵やジャム、フレッシュなジュースで、それぞれクオリティが高く 私達は満足しました。 清潔度や、ヴィラの洗練度、部屋の広さ共に期待値通りでした。 あと、何匹かの猫が、かわるがわるヴィラのテラスに巡回してきて可愛かったです。

Absolutely beautiful and an amazing view! The staff went above and beyond and were incredibly helpful. The front desk concierge was fantastic. A convenient location and very clean room. We had our clothes laundered during our stay and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

Location and service was incredible. The staff at the front desk was extremely receptive, helpful, and communicative. They went out of their way to arrange transfers, give recommendations, and help us with anything we needed (like laundry). However, the breakfast is horrible, do not expect much. We saw pictures of luxurious breakfast plates, I think this is only for their most top suites. We received a picnic basket with apples and pieces of bread… Apart from the breakfast, hotel is great! recommend
