I was very dissapointed! I booked the most expensive room, a suite because I wanted to self-quarantine before my flight home from Krabi. So I wanted a nice big and comfortable room. First of all they market that they have roomservice and a minibar, well there was no minibar and no room service menu in the room. This meant I had to walk back down and that takes away from the idea of quarantine for two days in a room. Secondly all the linen and towels were really old and broken! Like with big holes in them?! In a suite! When I finally ordered food to my room the order came up wrong and I was shocked that you had to pay cash right away. Normally everything is put on your room and you pay when you go, for the customers convinience. There were several other problems as well and I was very, very dissapointed. I would not book with this hotel again unless they can prove they get higher standards and fix the problems they have. The cheese burger was also very bad and I only ate 1/3 as the tomatoes was the hard part you never should use and it was sogging wet. I also found my old meal in the corridor still two days later!! No one cleaned it up in TWO days! That is not hygienic.
