The room I checked into and spent my first night had roaches. Although I was promptly given a new room the next morning, the manager never reached out to me. I explained to the front desk receptionist that I had food in the fridge which could not be saved due to finding a roach inside the fridge. I expected some compensation, at the very least an apology, but nothing. Just asked me to send someone down to get a new key to a different room. I have stayed here before but will not stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a weird smell when first entering, but I think it was from the how warm and humid it was when first entering. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely book another experience here.

Air/heat system was very loud, taped the noise and allowed employee at desk to listen and he didn’t act like it was an issue. Unable to sleep due to noise of it. Left room at 9 am and returned at 6 pm to dirty room, had to call for clean towels. No one emptied trash of came in room.

At check in, there was an issue with the first two rooms they tried to put me in. They eventually upgraded me to a bigger suite which didn't have the issues as the first two rooms. The upgrade was nice and I was thankful for the accommodation.

We had late checked in and the staff told me go to 2nd floor but room number was 505. Soon as we got into the room. It was smells so bad. The bathroom hasn’t not been cleaned. The toilet was yellow. The sink was so dirty. We tried to talked to front desk he didn’t changed the room. He told me that I got to wait until the manager is in next in the morning at 9:00am. We waited until next morning and never responded back to us. It was bad experienced to staying in this hotel. I would not recommend in this place.

I believe we may have just gotten the worst room possible, above the lobby with loud speakers/music playing and right in front of the breakfast area so there was no good nights sleep. Not sure if it’s because we got stuck with a handicap accessible room, but the shower had no door and was freezing, made a mess every time we took a shower. The bathroom was also not very clean, the shower and sink needed cleaning down to the walls with dirt and grime smeared on them. Can’t say I’d recommend rm 214!
