It was overall a really nice stay, the included excursions definitely made up for the unswimmable beach and the older rooms. The pools were very nice, the poolside bali beds were a nice touch. The food varied from good to great, not a lot of options but we were satisfied with everything we had. I really liked the fact that their food options were more on the health conscious side. The staff was really friendly except from one employee at the excursion desk that was giving us a hard time, so we decided to go to another lobby and the person responsible for the excursions there was very nice and efficient unlike his colleague. I would recommend.

The area was beautiful and the service was fantastic. The pools and bars were all nice and taken care of. The beach kind of sucks. This is definitely a budget hotel. Faucets had mineral deposits all over them. Mini fridge was wobbly, I adjusted it. Mirror fixture in bathroom was loose, I tightened it. Light fixture near bed was loose, I tightened it. Glowing number on air conditioner would not turn off. Electrical outlet behind fridge looked burnt and was unusable. I had to rearrange how things were plugged in so we could even use the coffee maker. Outlet near bed was loose. Faucets and fixtures in the public bathrooms were loose. One of the toilets near the bar wouldn't flush, I fixed it. A public bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper jammed into the dispenser so neither one would roll and you couldn't get any toilet paper out. Almost all the food was mediocre. The only great place was the Italian place. The Asian restaurant couldn't make any of the cocktails on their menu. I was told about free stuff at the concierge, I turned down the presentation. I was called about the same thing 2 days later. I went down to the concierge and was told it was the same thing with the same presentation. The paper map and the online map both had multiple errors on locations and times of operation. I scheduled a trip on my own and my taxi was not allowed into the gates because it wasn't booked through Lomas. They told me no straight to my face.

We were impressed with how big the property is, if we had our own golf cart we could’ve explored more however we were very happy with all the food choices. We didn’t get a chance to try the Japanese restaurant as it seem like it was always booked. The free events and live entertainment and buffet on the beach were all enjoyable especially had so much fun at the Silent Party ! I would definitely visit again

Beautiful resort with lots to do. Many different restaurants. Make sure you check with your concierge on your first day there to try and schedule dinners that require reservations and any excursions you may want to go on. Reservations book very quickly. All restaurants are closed daily from 230 to 4. We found out the hard way upon arrival and had to wait for room service. Room service is the only food that is available 24 seven. The beach barbecue is definitely one of our favorites for lunch. The alcohol was plentiful. The choices of vodka were great goose, kettle one, Smirnoff. No Tito’s. Several choices of bourbon as well. If you don’t like the drink, order something else ~it’s all inclusive!

The cleanliness of our room was perfect - so perfect and attention to details on cleanliness was perfect! No complaints about that. The food on the other hand needs a lot of work - some restaurants weren’t open for the WHOLE WEEK we were there. The food quality wasnt great, the two restaurants you have to make reservations for have the smallest portions. The unclear signs for the restaurants and locations also were not great. Overall, the staff was great but the food and location itself needs help

Sus restaurantes no funcionan

La vdd es de los hoteles que más me han decepcionado. No volvería. Son discriminatorios con los Mexicanos, prefieren 1 dólar de propina que 200 pesos mexicanos. La mayoría del personal es mal educado y los alimentos son pocos, no variados y no tienen buen sabor. No es un buen todo incluido

The property is very good and has a lot to offer. There are two issues that I have with it. 1. We book this place because they advertise free transport from and to the airport. However this only applies to Cancun airport and the resort is in Tulum. We flew in to Tulum and had to pay $320 out of pocket for the transport. The property was not willing to offer any sort of compensation or credit. Issues 2. You will primarily have Mexican food even though they advertise internationally. The Italian restaurant is great and so is their pizza. Lastly, the best is not grate at all. It was covered in seaweed but there are tons for Bali bed for your to choose and so real issues there.
