Poor customer service
Small room,with roaches.only one towel was provided.Breakfast was only provided for one guest instead of two.They request for additional money for breakfast for the other guest which was very bad,checking process was not smooth there were so much lack of coordination. There was no proper organisation of guest Food was not tasting good

disappointed with their level of standard
It was a bit disappointing this stay, as found a cockroach in the room, also the fridge was not working and neither was the the telephone in the room. I did speak with the manager which according to her left them to doing some fumigation. Also it was not right that the staff where harassing me about breakfast been for 1 person when my booking stated for 2. my review is to let other guess evaluate whether an improvement has been made or during their visit still same problems are been experienced. The manager Mrs Funke has been helpful during my stay I will have to commend.

Room 102 very disappointing with no ventilation
Unfortunately I was given a room 102, this room had a shower with no window and also no ventilation, there were mould and black stuff on the bathroom, unfortunately because I checked in after 11pm, I was so tired and I just wanted to go to bed to sleep. The following day I spoke to the manager who gave me a room upgrade which was a nice gesture. But unfortunately there were issues with this room as well. Also at breakfast, I was told breakfast was for one when my booking said breakfast was for two. This similar thing happened when I visited in May, so it was very disappointing to have waiters harassing you, because I basically lost my appetite and left the breakfast room. I have raised some of the issues but it is my hope that other customers do not experience this and can validate if there has been improvement after this stay and review was left. I surely do like to stay in Ikeja during my visit and I hope I can leave a more positive review by my next visit

Divided but Comfortable!
My stay was overall awesome., The staff; excellent at their duties. They were warm, friendly, respectful and helpful. The Supervisor & manager were very accommodating and though the Road situation was clearly beyond their control, they managed to make their guests comfortable while you are on the premises. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and shower, good selection of entertainment stations, and most importantly 24/7 electricity. Concerns & Observation; My one complain was the Road access to get to the hotel.... Terrible, terrible, terrible Road. It was Flooded, Uneven, & Muddy my whole duration of 5night stay. I had a small fridge that from the exterior Look you don’t want to touch, let alone put ur consumables inside. Will I stay their again? Possibly, because it is close to the international airport without the airport noise. I gave 4-Stars less one because of the Road situations. Recommendation: I recommend, they partner Up with a Carb company (Off Road Vehicles) to pick up guests from the airport and out of the hotel, so their guests don’t run into the issues I had with Uber drivers cancellation on me ones they got to the neighborhood. This will help their business traffic & retention until they get the road fixed. P.S., the management should consider a walk through of their rooms and update fridge and interior wall paint

More Potential!
Complimentary Breakfast wasn’t issued. The lower rooms have no cell reception so basically no comms. The AC wasn’t as cool as should be. Service was excellent; hotel was clean but things like AC, Network meant that they could be doing better.

Okay hotel but still needs attention to details.
Hotel was okay but I was allocated different room. Some rooms where not properly checked. Some did not have a shower head., no safe, on arrival there was no fridge. Also I was allocated a bathroom with no window. Room 102. Also staff were argumentative when I told them my breakfast was for two people and they said only one for breakfast. I had to show them my booking confirming that. Also when I requested for ice. I was told I have to pay for ice. The bar man charged 550 for a small bottle of water and brought two small cups of ice. So when I told them I needed a bucket of ice he told me it was 650 naira to get ice. Very strange. Also some of the short have black stains inside which is a bit disgusting. Also some room had no mirrors at all in them. Room should be checked before allowing guest to check into rooms
