Horrible experience
First , the room I booked was a two bed and I was put in a single full bed room. Once in my room had no towels, the shower was flooding , and the toilet seat was Broken. They did come and relieve the drain. But to get towels it took me calling twice, and going to the front desk. The second day they finally fixed my toilet after calling and having my friend speak Spanish . And the towel issue happened again. They came and took the dirty towels but I didn’t receive towels the next day to like 4 hours after I complained. The front desk had hardly any English speaking staff.

It wasn’t terrible. Maybe just not my style. When i walked in I noticed the comforter had stains on it. And the walls are so thin. I had a corner room and not only did I hear entire conversations as people walked by outside, but there was a party upstairs until very early hours this morning. The sound just radiates through those concrete walls. The staff was great. Customer service was great. But unfortunately it was hard to sleep.

A estadia foi muito boa, a praia de Boca chica em frente ao hotel é incrível. O café da manhã foi muito bom, bastante opcões,a única queria é o bar da piscina,que de lanche tinha apenas hamburger. No mais Tudo perfeito.

Poor hotel
Tried to fool me with the room. First of all i got my room 4pm. Was waiting for it since 12. Wgen i got to the room it was totaly different room then i booked. Went to reception to complain and got the right room. Well, in the new room ther was no towels, toilet paper, pr showerng gel or soap. Went back to reception to complain again. After a while got one towell one toilet paper and one tiny soap bar. No shower gel or shampo. Very ignorant stuff. Never more in this hotel. Avoid it

Excellent service
My only concern was when I got to the hotel. I ask in advance for a first floor room do to my knee problem. They gave me a 3rd floor one()they don'thave elevators). I refused it and they gave me a 2nd floor one and it was insane (old furniture, super small, no balcony, no views). After the first night of my reservation out of the 4 days reservation, I ask to be move to a decent one and THEY DID! IT was on a first floor, renovated with balcony and a nice view. I ended up addind 2 more nights to my stay.

Decent hotel but not such a good area
No English speaking person at the hotel and when we arrived no suitable room was ready so we were shown several rooms and asked to choose.
