Bullet holes and burn holes in curtains and covers. Needs a new tub. Whole room needs to be gutted and redone. Toilet water constantly running.

Rub does not look appealing. There is no microwave as posted in the pictures. You can’t use the microwave in the lobby. You have to go over to the next hotel to heat up your food. My tv remote hardly works. The afternoon window attendant has an attitude problem.

Disgusting

By far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed! The lock was broken. The bathroom was filled with mold. There was BLOOD SPATTER on the walls and ceiling. Smoke detector disconnected and dangling. Bugs in the fridge. I booked 2 nights, and didn’t stay at all. I ended up going somewhere else

Run away fast

The musty smell was real. My son immediately started itching when he got on the bed so we definitely can infer they have bed bugs. It was so gross. The tub and toilet you bet not dare sit in it. It was horrible and will never go again even if I had to .... the comforter was smelling horrible so I think they don't wash them unless it's a visible stain on them. It smelled like sex and must. I never give reviews but this was ridiculous.. it's not hard to deodorize a room.

Refund and not going thru hotels.com. no longer

Seems to be a scam. They gave us a room that the other employee was saying wasn't available. The door is half way kicked in and no ac. Got two rooms. Both literally had roaches crawling as soon as you walked in. One room AC wasn't working properly. Will be reported to BBB. Also when left they tried to charge my card three times. Left the night of reservation at about 730 pm.

DISAPPOINTING

I could not stay in the hotel room. It was completely disgusting. The room was not clean and had bad odor. There were roaches crawling all over the place. The establishment did not look anything like it was described or looked online. We immediately requested a refund.

Horrible Room in Houston

This was the most horrible hotel that I have ever stayed at. The commode seat was broken, there was mold over the shower. The sound from the TV did not come on until 4 a.m. There was coffee but no coffee maker. The restroom floor was very dirty. The shower was dirty. The fridge in the room smelled so bad, we didn't put anything in it. The room had the smell of smoke and I asked for non-smoking. I do not want to stay at a Travelodge after this.

Bad customer service and filthy room

Room was not clean and smelled like smoke. Mildew in the window and appliances not working. Front desk was rude, but I guess you get what you paid for. After a mouse/rat ran across my feet, that was enough.

This is the most dirty place Ive ever stayed.

DO NOT book this motel. It’s the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. I’ve travelled the world, even staying in places with dirt floors. This room has carpet floors that have NEVER been vacuumed. One walk across the floors in sock feet, sticky dirty black goo all over my socks. I just threw them away. Feces stains on wall in the bathroom. Huge amount of long, black hair all over the shower and walls. Shower curtain has NEVER been washed. Room service took away the towels and NO REPLACEMENTS received until 8pm. I asked over and over for simply just towels. However, they didn’t bring them until 8pm and after several requests. I had to run to the dollar store nearby to buy towels just to take a shower to make my afternoon meeting. This is advertised as a non-smoking room. Every piece of furniture had cigarette burns and even the bathtub and sink had cigarette burns. Body fluid stains (all types and colors) were over walls and headboards. I saved no money by staying here. I’ve stayed in budget motels in this area for years but this place IS THE WORST. I’ve got photos and I’m contacting the Houston Health Department as well as the Better Business Bureau. Shame on hotels.com for letting humans book this place. I’ve been RIPPED OFF and lesson learned. NO REFUNDS and you WILL NOT get another room. So, if you’re a budget motel shopper and have had good luck with other places, WARNING don’t get ripped off by this pitiful establishment. GO ELSEWHERE. SHAME SHAME SHAME.
