Nice but too much noise
Nice building but fails on the most important thing - allowong a good nights sleep. The indoor courtyard is pretty but noise carries throughout. Two staff members went up and down the (metal) stairs countless times between 4-5am (moving laundry bags) which made it impossible to sleep. Recepcionist was disinterested when I reported it (“they have been told not to do that b it do it anyway”)

Great time! We recommend! Best bang for your buck!
The hotel is great especially for the price and location. Rooms are big and more spacious than I anticipated. Beds are comfortable but the pillows can use a bit more bounce. Apartments are cleaned everyday with fresh towels etc. free breakfast and a wine bottle too. Don’t expect a lot with breakfast but it is enough to sustain you before you hit the first bakery in the morning. I don’t like that bottled water is not replenish for free but 7 eleven and oxxo are a walk away. Banks are around the corner too. It is close to a park and walkable to Roma Norte where the fancy shops are. Condesa has the fancy shops as well but it tends to lean more on food spots and cafe/bakeries. Oh the apartments windows face each other but has adequate coverage if you want privacy.

Mi estancia fue genial, servicio excelente. Lugar pequeño con habitaciones cómodas y muy acogedoras, no hay elevador pero te ayudan a subir tus maletas. La terraza está súper linda y cómoda si necesitas conectarte a trabajar. La ubicación es magnífica y hay muchos lugares para comer, tomar una copa, un café, e incluso de compras y puedes ir caminando a todos lados en la zona. Me hospedé ahí por trabajo pero me encantaría regresar en plan relajado. Lo recomiendo 👍

Spacious hotel in perfect location.
Fabulous hotel in a perfect location, being walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I had a wonderful oversized room with lots of space to spread out. Had some heavy bags so was surprised to see there was no elevator but the porters were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great area! The rooms are well-appointed and immaculately clean. We enjoyed having our breakfast each morning on the beautiful rooftop garden. Staff is very helpful and kind. The only real drawback to Casa Decu is that it is not suitable for folks with mobility issues as there are no elevators. Fortunately it was not a problem for us. We'd love to come back again soon!

Spacious, Secure, and Spectacular
Casa Decu was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff that made us feel safe, secure, and welcome. They answered all of my questions. The shower was amazing and even though the property didn’t have air conditioning, they provided an amazing tower fan and space heater. The bed was so comfy and the housekeeping was so thorough it felt like a brand new hotel room every day. The rooftop continental breakfast and fancy coffee maker was always something to look forward to start my day with. Would love to go back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone interested. What a treasure at an incredible price

Sad to have to report…
We absolutely love Casa Decu. This hotel is our go-to for Mexico City. The staff is incredible and it is spotlessly clean. This was the first time we went in winter and it was FREEZING. With three people sleeping in two different rooms and no central heating / I asked for an extra space heater - there weren’t any. We had one VERY thin blanket and I asked many different people multiple times for more blankets (we were there for a week) and was told there weren’t any more. It was 44 F degrees at night. COLD. This would have been ok but the bed we had was simply the worst bed of any hotel bed I’ve ever had. My husband and I were miserable. In fact this is the first negative review I’ve ever written. The sleep was freezing and horrible which made the days harder. If I was given a heater and/or more blankets / maybe it would have been ok. Here’s the kicker… when we were checking out a HUGE shipment of new mattresses were in the foyer!!! Now I know I’m not crazy and I seriously almost cried that we didn’t get the mattresses and missed out. So disappointed with the lack of help and solutions. Once again / best cleaning persons! Great breakfast staff and door persons. Just VERY cold and uncomfortable to a max

Fint lille sted.
Bare en enkelt overnatning, så ikke meget at melde. Jeg fandt det irriterende at skulle ringe på for at blive lukket ind og heller ikke selv kunne lukke mig ud af bygningen. Ellers fin lejlighed, lidt køligt men der var ekstra tæppe.

Great hotel for a great price!
Room was huge, clean and had tons of natural light. The room was overlooking a tree lined street in Condesa. Steps away from lots of great parks, restaurants and shops. Cool vibe and breakfast was good enough. They had free bikes you could use as well. They also let me hang out on the rooftop and get some free coffee while I waited for my room to be ready.

Small hotel with excellent customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff. When asked the front desk staff was more than willing to assist me in contacting the company i booked an upcoming tour with. The hotel has a nice roof top where you can get complimentary breakfat. The property doesnt have an elevator and this can be a problem for people with mobility issues. The area is quiet with lots of greenery and food options. I would stay again at Casa Decu.

Lovely Stay!
This hotel was great! Their rooftop terrace was beautiful for breakfast and the room was comfortable and clean. I will definitely visit Casa Decu again next time I’m in Mexico City!
