There was a loud Vibrating noise in the room especially in the bathroom and entrance, which radiated into the room as the space is small. That disturbed our slumber every night.
The bedroom Carpet smelled like pea.
Bathroom faucets and fittings were grimy. The toilet bowl was old.
Shower curtain smelled like it has never gotten the chance to dry. It held an unpleasant odor.
Housekeeping was on request. I requested it on the second day. When I returned to the room, all they had done as part of the service was leave 2 clean bath towels (whereas the room was booked for 3 persons) and they replenished two coffee cups. Beds were not made and our bath soap had finished, that was not topped up. It was obvious that it had not been topped up before we checked in either, since it had finished so quickly.
Parking was $25 per night, plus tax. It was an open parking lot exposed to the elements.
Nothing complimentary. Just two bottles of water.
This was the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel and did not want my skin to touch a thing.
It was dark and unwelcoming, on top of that, the staff was very dull and their attitudes seemed to match the atmosphere at the hotel.

Pleasant visit and comfortable accommodation
Very comfortable room, good breakfast, attentive staff.
Receptionist Acacia was fantastic! She leaves a very positive impression from the moment you talk to her at check-in.
Acacia speaks several languages and is a great asset for the hotel!
I’m looking forward to returning to the Freepoint next year for the next congress.

It was very mixed. The good: I was not charged the $25 daily charge since I was not available to use any of it. The bad: when I came in on Saturday night, I had to wait for 15 minutes before someone came to the front desk. I had forgotten my key and needed a replacement. Additionally, the attendant never asked for my ID. He asked my name and room number and gave me a new key. Second issue: Friday night I came back to a beeping smoke detector. I called and someone came up to remove the smoke detector. Said would bring new one next day. Never replaced it.

Hidden charges and bad service
Walls are paper thin and can hear room next door’s TV on all night. Hotel charges $25 for parking per night when the entire lot was empty. Hotel also charges $25 for destination fee. This is a 3 star hotel at best so I don’t know why there is a destination fee. The hotel also over charged me and the front desk person tried to ignore my request to fix the charge by saving we’ll fix it and you will see it in a few days. Will see if that actually happens. Be careful when you book the hotel. It might appear reasonable until they add an extra $50 per night.

Good place for a stay to access to the western suberbs of Boston and then get to Logan the next morning. The commute to Logan without traffic is less than 20 minutes.

Mañosos con los cargos en recepción.
Hola. En recepción y en repetidas fue un mal servicio. Solicite un día antes mi estado de cuenta y me lo negaron me decían que no servía porque no estaba cargado. Al momento de salir para hacer check out y teniendo prisa vimos que los cargos estaban mañosamente mal. Nos cobraron un depósito considerable por día por habitación y teníamos un crédito. Solicitamos que los cargos se dividan entre las 2 habitaciones para no perder el crédito pero los mañosos no lo hicieron. Y por eso el hotel se quedó con una parte de depósito que nos correspondía y se hubiera resuelto si me hubieran impreso el estado de cuenta.
