Mattresses are old I’ve been staying at this location for many years and this will be my last. I had pillows removed from my room. I had 2 old rolls of toilet paper in my room and had to ask for more. I had to keep asking for towels. We paid for 5 guests and I would still get 4 towels. Make up towels have been removed from rooms. Only one towel is now being provided. The service has clearly gone downhill compared from the beginning.

Tooodo estaba excelente, pero por desgracia cometieron un gran error. Despues de la primera noche, sólo cambiaron toallas y tendieron la cama, no lavaron el baño ni pusieron orden en el cuarto. Al dia siguente hice la observación en recepción y quedaron en reportarlo, salí tooodo el dia y o sorpresa, no hicieron limpieza en el cuarto, estaba tal cual la habia dejado por la mañana. Afortunadamente en recepción me cambiaron de habitación. Pero dejar de hacer la limpieza? , no hay manera en un hotel
