Une déception.

Déception globale Séjour en deux temps à Bucarest : • 1er séjour (3 nuits) : arrivée tardive, accueil froid, chambre correcte mais salle de bain moyenne et… pas d’eau chaude. • 2e séjour : chambre au 4ᵉ étage, clim en panne, fenêtre impossible à ouvrir (bruit et chaleur), toujours pas d’eau chaude, frigo du minibar hors service et sale. Accessibilité nulle pour personnes à mobilité réduite (marches à la réception, ascenseur en demi-étage). Bref : confort et service très en dessous des attentes.

Sadly we had only 1 double bed a single a a sofa bed. We were under the impression that there was 2 double beds and a sofa bed. As a group of 5 ladies we found it a challenge for 2 mature ladies to spend 4 night sleeping together on the sofa bed as it dipowd in the middle. We were expecting it to accommodate just 1 adult. Staff were lovely. We only had 4 towels one evening when we returned one e evening and when adked were told there were not any available. So a hand towel it was that night for a shower. Location is great for visiting Bucharest and the old town has lots of great bars and restaurants. We requested if a kettle was available as only coffee machine in room and were promptly goven a kettle. AC worked well and 2 x shower rooms were compact but fine for a 4 night stay. Overall if you just want a cheap base to put ur head down at night this hotel tocks all the boxes. WIFI worked well in the room.

Kaikki kaikkien ihan ok hotelli keskustassa. Aamiainen suppea,mutta saa maksu täytteen. Meillä oli ongelma kun varattiin huone parvekkeella, mutta emme saatu siitä eikä edes anteeksi kuulunut.

Excellent location and very helpful and friendly staff. The bedrooms are a good size but no window. No robes, no tea making facilities, no glass or water which I believe are basic requirements in a hotel these days. However, the hotel location and price made it a decent place to stay

I booked a room with a balcony with a view (Deluxe) but was given a different room (Premier) with no balcony and no views. The room overlooked another building right across the window. They said I got the best of the best rooms available because it had a bathtub instead of a shower stall. Management needs to honor room reservations or stop marketing different types of the rooms. I wouldn’t stay there again because of this as it spoiled my mood. I really wanted a balcony. The biggest plus: the hotel’s location - right in the Old Town.

Although the hotel doesn't look that nice from the outside, the rooms are lovely and very spacious. The location is fantastic as it's close to many things in old town including tourist sites, dining options and the metro. The bus to the airport is also close by. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
