Has so much potential! Great area + service.
The hotel has really high potential. It’s in an incredible location and the rooms are beautiful, big and extremely well equipped. A couple things that were a bit frustrating - the hot water didn’t work ever in our showers. At the very most it was luke warm and they tried to fix it once for us. We also weren’t told we needed to put a sign on our door handle for cleaning service so we didn’t know it was available until the last day which was a shame. If you’re a couple or with friends, know the pool attracts a lot of kids which can be really loud in the morning and detracts from using the pool in the day. The hottub was also never hot. The people who work there are super friendly and accessible and helped me organize the shuttle to and from the airport which was great!

Casa Loteria was a great choice for our family. We chose it because we could stay together in one room instead of two and that it had a kitchen. The hotel was an easy walk to the beach, food and markets.

Wonderful stay. Our suite was perfect for a family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast, glad we chose to add on as it was very convenient and tasty. Wish the beds were a little softer but other than that, everything was great.

Victor at check in was great. The hotel is clean enough, nothing truly remarkable, but good value. Yoga class is a nice touch. The restaurant only serves breakfast and there is no bar. Pool area is cute. My complaint is that I had communicated with the property via email that my Dad has physical disabilities. We shared a 2 bedroom. I was assured we would be on the ground floor. We were up two steep flights of slippery tile stairs and the s narrow twisting double staircase to get to the rooms. He was exhausted and in so much pain by the end of the trip. I told the person at check in. He didn’t acknowledge it in the least. The man at the front desk in our last night was very fidgety and aggregated. We asked him to reserve a taxi for Sunday and heavily groaned and sighed for several minutes. I finally told him he could just text me when he Couto a hold off then to confirm. He never did. Nor did he reserve a taxi. breakfast was mediocre. The server had 4 tables and was extremely overwhelmed. What appeared to be a manager leered over him but didn’t bother to jump in and help him. I would not return because of the service being an issue. The most concerning was failing to honor a request for a disabled person.

This hotel is a gem. It is an oasis of quiet and chill in busy Sayulita. The staff is lovely, above and beyond helpful and super friendly. The grounds of the hotels were delightful and everything was super clean. The pool was perfect for relaxing and pool side lunch and all day bevvies were awesome. Hotel was located within walking distance of everything and only one block from the beach. If I was able to give a higher star rating, I would.

Quaint and fantastic location!
This place was charming with character and was in an excellent location! The north side is quiet and yet close to all of the excitement. The small restaurants right around this hotel are fantastic, each with their own quaint vibe, great food and drinks. The beach is literally 1.5 blocks away and completely flat, so easy access. The rooms are super quiet and the AC works great… things that matter!

Había una cucaracha grande en la alberca. El agua del jacuzzi fría. El agua de la alberca turbia. Te dan tarjetas para recoger toallas en recepción y si la pierdes te cobran 1,000.00 mil pesos. El desayuno feo. No lo recomiendo. Hotel viejo con poco mantenimiento.
