Great location, but missing a few things
Great location and easily walkable to all the main sites. The transfer service to/from the airport was great and very communicative, but make sure you have WhatsApp to communicate with them. Very spacious and modern. But it was lacking in a few areas. I wish the kitchen had basic things for prepping food - salt, pepper, olive oil (it’s Greece after all! It was nice having a washing machine, but it stopped both times we used it and gave an error message of low water pressure. We were able to restart it, but it took a while. 1 hair drier was broken.

We spent 4 nights here and the apartment was perfect. Great location - easy walking distance to all the sites. Plenty of restaurant options nearby and great atmosphere. We have a great view of the acropolis from our apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and the staff super helpful and kind. Overall a great place to stay. 5 starts awarded from us.

Modern, spotless apartment in the heart of Monastiraki tourist area with everything you need for a short break. It was extremely quiet in the apartment so very well soundproofed to say we were in one of the busiest spots in central Athens. The apartment was small but an ideal size for a couple and they had made very good use of the space. My partner used the gym in the building which was very well equipped and there is also a communal washing machine and dryer which is free to use if you need it. There is a rooftop bar on the top floor with amazing views of the Acropolis/Parthenon. Again, never heard any noise from the bar. We were on floor 2. The bar is on floor 4. We took their private transfer from the airport which was useful and stress free for us. Worth it if you don't know Athens. It is well located for the sights but Athens itself was too busy for us. We headed onto Nafplio after this which we much preferred but the apartment was excellent.

We stayed for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious and if you had the balcony door shut there were no disturbing sound from the noisy street. The apartment is also perfect situated close to everything and with a movie like view of Acropolis. It feels secure, you have to use a key card in the elevator and for the apartment. NS staff were keen to make us feel welcome with email/call about arrivals and cleaning. The only things that "troubled" us were, NS should accommodate with a smal ramp at the entry because of the "high" step to the street. We had a person in a wheelchair, it was not a huge problem for us but it could be for others. Also, the apartment has a thin door and also a gap at the top and bottom, every sound from the corridor is heard inside especially at night. Not a huge problem but if NS could cover those gaps it would surely help with the sound. We had a very pleasant stay, we highly recommend it.

This property it's beautiful to live in, the beds are comfy and the showers are stunning. It is close by to anything you might need such as all of the sights and the restaurants. The only down side is that there is a Starbucks on the ground floor with an additional entrance. I have no idea why the staff led 5 of us with baggage through a busy Starbucks instead of showing is through the alternative entrance. This place does get noisy at nights due to the location but i didn't mind for the convenience.

We loved the patio with the chairs and table and the amazing view. It was so safe and easy to walk around everywhere. The lady who communicated with us was so helpful and answered promptly and when we asked for items, they brought things like towels right away and had so many to give us. The people working there were so friendly.
