The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast very tasty. It would have been a perfect stay if the following can be improved:
1) there is no "do not disturb" sign in the room. As such, there was difficulty in ensuring that the housekeeping staff would not enter your room if you do not want to have your room cleaned.
2) there is difficulty in controlling the temperature in the room. The toilet lamp also went off from time to time. Sometimes even when I was taking a shower!
3) one of the reception staff was very rude and impolite. She never smiled, and would not look up even when talked to. All other hotel staff, however, were very helpful and friendly, in particular the girl serving at the restaurant during breakfast time. She has not only performed her role diligently but she was also very helpful and sweet.
