Dirty
Room was dirty and the bathroom was moldy. Stick to the bathroom floors. Had to spend an hour on text with hotel.con to ask the hotel for a refund. Customer service was only available through text and was difficult to find. Can’t understand how this hotel can have its rating. Hallways were dirty and had to take pictures for the staff. Bed was like a brick then I checked out the bathroom and was shocked for $300. I wouldn’t have been shocked if it was $65 but it was $300 a night. Hotels.com also makes it so hard to navigate to cancel after checking in.
