Do not stay here if you have pets because they will charge you $200 for two nights.
When it STATES on their website, each dog is $25 a night. No where does it state there is a cleaning fee/deposit. (Which normally if there is, they refund if there is no damages to the room)
Also was told I couldn’t leave my dog in the hotel in their kennel, while I was going out for dinner and a concert.
Quote “your dog has to be with you at all times” WHICH was only stated AFTER I paid. And when I asked for a refund because I can’t bring my dog to a concert, the front clerk told me no, and we ended up calling BOTH her managers for them to do a “one time exception.”
Which doesn’t make any sense, considering this is a La Quinta a “pet friendly” hotel and no where on their physical website or in their rules does it say I couldn’t keep my dog in her kennel while I was out.
It only states “ We count on you to prevent your pet(s) from making excessive noise, being disruptive, or aggressive to other guests.” and to make arrangements with house keeping.
On top of that, the rooms aren’t worth anything, especially when there’s mold in the bathroom, no vent circulation, rusty hardware, didn’t have any toilet paper when arrived in room.
I stay with La Quinta regularly and I’ve NEVER EVER had a problem. I only stay with La Quinta because they are accommodating to me and my fur child.
This location just skip it and go to a different one.
