Fun at Izla
My husband and I really enjoyed the property. I didn't like that you couldn't check in early. I even offered to pay. Staff in restaurant was great. Bar staff was excellent. Front door person was always there to greet us and help in any way.

Quiet and Comfortable
Beautiful hotel. Please know, although the restaurant is excellent, you are a 20 min. walk or $5-10 one-way taxi to most other restaurants. But we loved the food every place we went. We like to walk, so for lunch, that was it. There are 2 bar/restaurants 5-7 min. walk from hotel. North Beach is far away and also VERY crowded. However, that is where the action is. Quiet on this side of the island. Also, the beach is not big at all and surrounded by beach clubs do not a good beach stroll. Both pools were COLD. You can rent golf carts to get around. NOTE: no refrigerators on the room. Ask about getting one. Overall, we enjoyed it here. PS: If you want to take a catamaran sail/snorkeling, you must take the ferry back to Cancun to meet up with the cat, then sail right back here for the day. Kinda dumb. Shout out to Abdulio at happy hour at the Sky Bar and Monica in the restaurant.

Hotel and rooms good. Restaurant awful
The hotel is nice and the front desk people is super helpful. The restaurant service is awful and their prices are ridiculously expensive. Very bad value for money. Rooms are clean, the furniture is a bit outdated but fit for purpose. Pool ok, the private beach is not clean, trash and rubble. You will be ripped off with the rent of the golf carts.

Helt greit om du bare vil slappe av på hotellet
Fine og rene rom. Deilige og komfortable senger. Alle damene som jobbet i restauranten var veldig hyggelige, egentlig mennene også bortsett fra 1. Det var en litt eldre mann som tok i mot bestillingen vår og når vi spurte han samme om å betale svarte han bare at han ikke var servitøren vår og gikk. Maten der var heller ikke spesielt god gitt at det er et 5-stjerners hotell. Synes også at det var litt rart at det var en mye større meny for roomservice enn mulighetene for å bestille i restauranten, eks pizza og Club sandwich som ikke var i restauranten. Det var veldig lite å gjøre annet enn å være på hotellet og langt til andre ting på øya. De som jobbet i skranken var veldig hyggelige. Det var gode drinker.

Great hotel on a great setting
The Izla is the best hotel we have stayed at in both Mexico and the Caribbean. Our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Every member of the staff we interacted with was helpful and knowledgable. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful island.

Perfect getaway!
The rooms were spacious and clean. Lots of upgrades. The staff was incredibly attentive. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to return.

A Trip to Paradise
Izla is a beautiful facility in a quiet section of the island. The staff was excellent! So welcoming and accommodating. All the food and drinks we enjoyed at the hotel restaurant and both bars was excellent. A perfect experience!

We loved this property. We have stayed all of isla mujeres and this was our first time on this side of the island. We actually found it very walkable to many good restaurants and beach clubs. We’d gladly visit again. Staff was very friendly and kind.

I loved that it was so very quiet! the staff is so nice and they make you feel comfortable! it's a very small hotel and therefore there's not many people... They do need to change their pillows and mattress, maybe it's just me and my husband butour necks and backs ended up very very stiff..

Izla is amazing. We will be returning. We stayed with our children and it was safe, clean, and gorgeous. The pool is excellent and the beach access is a dream. I much prefer the south end of the island. A bit removed from the hustle of the north end, quiet and peaceful but only a 15 min cart of ride into the busier area. stay here. Get a cart. You won’t regret it.

Was the perfect stay for the end of our Honeymoon! Was very clean, quiet and the staff was excellent. We had an issue with checking in and our room, and not only did they resolve it, but made up for it as well.
