Cheap and simple self service apartment, that was perfect for a short stay. The apartments are compact, but had everything you need, like coffee, tea, all kitchen utensils, stove, micro etc. Everything worked, and we felt very comfortable, even with staff hardly ever there. By the way, it was no problem at all checking in after 17, and we got an email with all information needed. And parking is free in the area. We would be very happy to use Apparteo again.

Bon plan avec cuisine

Bon plan pour quelques nuits. Pas très loin du centre historique. Par contre, si vous donnez sur la rue, un peu bruyant.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Très facile d'accès, car procédure bien expliquée. On peut arriver tard. Extrêmement calme (c'est un gros plus !). Petit bémol : la chambre était décrite avec cafetière et grille-pain, je n'ai donc pas apporté mon matériel (j'aurais dû). La vaisselle est spartiate, mais on s'en sort. Je reviendrai.

The résidence is close to two bus stops that can quickly take you to the city center of Dijon. The neighborhood is safe and student residence is quite calm. However, the hygiene of the studio is poor, there was hair in the shower wall, breadcrumbs on the floor near the table and even a forgotten underwear in one of the drawers. Due to the hygiene standards I wouldn’t recommend it, which is a shame because the studio itself is practical for a business stay.

J’ai séjourné dans cet appartement et j’ai été très déçu. L’appartement était très petit, il faisait très chaud et il n’y avait pas de climatisation ni même de ventilateur. De plus, l’accueil a été assez désagréable. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.

5eme réservation

5 eme séjours dans l’établissement, habituellement je réserve une chambre pour 1 personne avec un lit 1 place, en revanche pour un couple c’est un studio confort avec un canapé lit 2 places inconfortable au plus haut point. Un conseil si le canapé est déplié à l’arrivé pourquoi ne pas mettre un lit 2 places, au moins pas de souci durant la nuit

Studio bien aménagé, fonctionnel et propre.

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Parking gratuit en surface possible à proximité. Idéal et bon rapport qualité/prix pour un bref passage dans le secteur.
