飯店人員非常親切，很熱情的分享魁北克當地知名景點及餐廳，停車場雖是使用City Hall的空間，略微不方便，但距離不遠，且費用由飯店負擔。房間整潔明亮，樓下雖是旅客服務中心，但晚上便有門禁管制，安全性尚佳。飯店地點在芳緹娜對面，地理位置優越。飯店本身沒有餐廳，不過有跟隔壁餐館合作，提供住客優惠的早餐方案。

Loved the entire city. Very enchanting. We did not deal with staff much except to check in and out so did not rate that. Also, did not note any eco-friendly amenities so did not rate that either.

The hotel is in an amazing location close to dining and shopping . all of the tour buses are right outside of the hotel, easy to get to other tourist locations. the hotel was clean , staff was friendly . the only negative was that the hot water was only luke warm in the shower. i would recommend this hotel for stay in Quebec!

Nice stay

Surprisingly spacious room with all basic amnities (minibar, coffee machine, safety box, hairdryer) that you need. Comfortable bed. There could have been more counter space both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The room was clean and updated but there could have been some kind of vision protection in the bathroom window. And I’m not a big fan of the glass door between the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is also perfect for exploring the old city.

Gorgeous spot in the middle of Old Quebec

This location is OUTSTANDING! If you want to explore Old Quebec, you could not ask for better. Incredible views from our window, walk or take elevator downstairs and you are in the midst of the gorgeous old town right across from Chateau Frontenac. Tons of restaurants and shops are located all around. Parking is available about 4 minute walk away, you probably won't need your car much. Very friendly staff and the room is modern and well-maintained. Wish we were staying longer!
