首爾龍山諾富特大使套房飯店 - 首爾龍市 - 首爾

check out 時間是12點，在11點時 突然有位陌生女子闖入房間，未敲門，直接持有房卡入內，把當時在房內的我跟小孩嚇壞，這樣高級的飯店竟有這麼不安全的疏失，非常不能接受! 跟飯店反應 只得到會在注意 且送一隻娃娃給小孩的回應。 房內馬桶座上明顯黃污垢且異味， 人員英文有待加強 問了幾次得到都不一樣答案。這樣的房價不值得。

這是我在韓國住過最棒的hotel! 不會塞車又在市中心 旁邊有Ipark mall 和duty free 可以買 出差和辦seminar都是一個不錯的選擇 可惜床有點硬(因為習慣睡軟) 所以睡在棉被上面。就解決問題! 早餐多從選擇服務品質也不錯! 一樓的bar 也是很好跟客人開會的地方! 不會太吵 餐點也適宜 下次一定會在住~

거의 감동이었습니다. 출발 아침에 갑자기 다쳐서 발목 반깁스상태로 체크인 했어요. 연휴기간이라 프론트도 복잡하고 그랬는데 휠체어도 빌릴 수 있었고 아이스팩 서비스도 받고 콘시어드 서비스가 참 훌륭했습니다. 저는 주로 머큐어쪽에 머물렀는데 그 이유는 풀키친 때문. 이번에도 연박하여 4박5일 머물렀는데 냉동칸 없는 부엌이 좀 아쉽긴 했습니다. 암튼 서비스만큼은 최고입니다. 감사합니다.

One of my favorite hotels in seoul but i can hear trains till late night even from a very high floor. Apart from that its quite good

Great location. Tidy and clean all of facilities.

Whilst the hotel rooms are very modern and comfortable , the cleaniness was not good at all . On the second day i upgraded to a bigger suite and the hotel moved my luggage and lost my two umbrellas purchased at disney japan . I reported the loss an hour after moving and the hotel staff were completey nonchalant about it. I requested to speak to manager and this never materialised . I asked them to play back passage cameras and this was not done . The staff did mot make any efforts to attempt to locate umbrellas which were actually souvenirs and which their staff moved to new room. The hotel is so large it loses the warmth . It is also far from any tourist spots and eateries except the mall close by which closes early .
