Booked on a whim, traveling. King bedroom. When checking in receptionist was overwhelmed, mentioned she was washing towels for the hotels if our room needed some, they would be ready soon. Got room (rm 223 i think), waked in 2 queen beds, no blankets on the beds, pillows on the floor. walked right out, back to receptionist. Gave us room 103. Handicapped room. fine. Room had no towels, no cups for coffee maker, no iron, wifi password given didn't work. Handprints on bedframe, Dirty lamp cover. Tried to go swimming. Pool was murky, half filled, didn't seem safe. Didn't swim and wouldn't advise. Never offered towels, had to use our own! pool didnt have towels neither. had problems with our key card for room and pool. not to mention the dove products in the shower were NOT dove. and for a handicapped room the drainage was horrible, bathroom filled with water from shower. WOULD ASK FOR OUR MONEY BACK IF WE COULD
