舒適的旅店，員工熱心帮忙

Matro大塚站行10分鐘，JR池袋站步行約25分鐘，環境清靜，有4層無電梯，房間清潔，可打開一個大喼，員工態度好，晚上10時後房客雖把大門上鎖，但有2晚發現沒有上鎖，但只要自己每晚檢查也沒大問題，整體感覺良好

性價比高的住宿

整體不錯 9折訂房而且我第一日check in 過左12點凌晨都仲等我真係感動唯獨要行樓梯上房沖涼要行多層樓梯呢度有點唔方便交通都尚何 jr大塚站南口向前行7分鐘就到都唔太難找而且check in不用按金 check out 自助check out 過了10點時間都無人會摧你走

Fab budget room

We stayed here for 10 days, and other than not being able to find the hotel initially (if you travel by subway to Otsuka, take the exit to your right as you exit, next to the bakery makes everything much easier!). The rooms were clean and comfortable, but basic, which is all we wanted. The showers were good (good water pressure, amazing!). It was quite quiet, the area is nice, and the rest of Tokyo is easily accessible from the local station. If you want to sleep late, definitely bring an eye mask, as the sun shines through the windows in the morning and will wake you up (an aspect I liked, but it isn't for everyone). The manager seemed nice when we met him, but had no dealings with him after having checked in. We were sad to leave our little room at the end of the trip, and would definitely recommend Belle Via!

A.W.F.U.L, don't trust the past comments

I am disappointed with the two nights stay in the hotel. 1) Control price up during reservation period (i.e. the price suddenly down nearly half after reservation deadline. 2) not allow for cancellation or change before stay 3) insufficient supply for basic hygiene materials 4) room so small, no space for two guests' luggage & bags 5) insecure method for luggage storage 6) poor communication channel for check-in & check-out (no one in reception while morning) 7) hotel.s.c.o.m shows me a smart way to teach me learn about an untrue promise for low-price guarantee = deadly failure in the point of view in customer experience. I hope NO one will repeat bad selection for the stay in "so-called" traditional room & its service. Don't trust the past comments

Hôtel un peu excentré avec un confort minimum et personne avant 15h pour nous recevoir. En revanche l'ambiance y est agréable.

A hotel to sleep only.

The staff was not available when we got there. One of the two bathrooms was closed and inaccesible to everyone. In a whole week they never changed our sleeves.

Convenient location

I booked a non smoking room but when I entered our room, it smelled of cigarettes. It was conviently located between two station. As far as I was aware there were only 2 showers <shared> between everyone staying at the hotel. There was a bathroom in every floor. The hotel has a kitchen but it's not really used for the guest unless you reserve it. It did have a microwave and refrigerator but it was also shared between everyone. It was really difficult to find the place the first night.

Unhelpful owners but clean

The hotel was located at a convenient location. However, when we arrived we had trouble finding the hotel entrance and the owners were not contactable. We then had to do a self check-in which was not very pleasant as we open doors to unkempt rooms, giving us a bad first impression of the place. However the shower was clean with proper amenities(shampoo, clean towels and hair dryers). The room was also well-heated throughout the night.

日本人の素泊まりはムリかな。

泊まり客は外国人バックパッカーがほとんど。フロントはないし、玄関は並の一件家より狭い。説明は日本語と英語併記の『貼り紙（コピー）』が頼り。トイレ、バスは室外、つまり共用！部屋にいると外国人の大きなオナラが聞こえる程、ある意味『ただの寝室』でした。オーナーは日本人のお兄ちゃんで、いい人でしたが、とにかく[居ない]。いちばん弱ったのは、部屋にテレビもラジオもなくドライヤーもなくパジャマもなくアメニティもなく、和式の蛍光灯の2つの輪っかの1つが外されていたことでした。エアコンの音が響き渡るお部屋でどうにか浅い眠りをとりました。…辛かったっす！

Too hot and muggy

First of all, the room was a little farther awat from the rail station that we wanted. I think they were fleas as I came out with bites on my arms and hands. The bathroom was up a small stair case ,but was sufficient. It was quite muggy in the room, but, they did have a good air conditioner.

Hyggeligt, traditionelt hotel

Hotellet er et lille lokalt hotel med alle de mest nædvændige ting for et godt ophold. Stedets stil er simplistisk og traditionel, og ligger 200 meter fra en dagligvare forreltning. Dog var internettet på stedet ikke af den bedste kvalitet, men det holdt os alligevel ikke fra at udvide vores ophold der med en enstra dag.

施錠という機能がどこにおいても無さすぎる宿でした。脱衣所の鍵が閉まらない。部屋すら閉まらない部屋がある。女性にはあまり向かない。

期待はずれ

ホテルの場所が地元の方も良く知られておらず、場所を聞いても知らない為近くを40分以上歩く。ホテル入り口の階段でゲストがタバコを吸いながらふさいでいた。今回の部屋は、天井が低く、窓が無い。カビの臭いがしていた。ベッドの下に古いクッションが散乱していた。部屋の鍵が古く、ロックするのに苦労した。バスルームに汚いメンズブリーフが脱ぎ捨ててあった。コチラも鍵がユルイ。ベットバグに刺され、壁が薄いので他の部屋の音が漏れるので安眠できなかった。ポットがあったがお湯は沸いていない。1Fのスペースでパーテイを行っていてウルサイ。テッシュペーパーがない。トイレでは使用済みのトイレットペーパーが汚物入れからはみだしていた。場所によってwi-fiがつながりにくい。

Nice ryokan tucked away in the streets of Otsuka

Only a 15 minute walk from the station, and plenty of convenience stores around, this ryokan was comfortable and cute. The staff was lovely and communicated in English as much as possible! The rooms are cosy and clean and no curfew! Very recommended!
