no good! We booked, paid with mention that we have to late checkin after mightnight and get the confirmation for guarentee a room, however, the hotel is full on the date of arrival. They said we have to stay at another hotel for the first night and then come back for the rest of the days. We finally wait for more than 3 hrs to be arranged in a very small hotel/appartment. The horriable issue is that, at that long waiting time, we are not alone! There are about 10 groups of people coming from different countries having the same situation! I think that is not a mistake, they just intended to do so. Hotel.com should consider not to have business with this hotel as it will affect the Hotel.com brand name!
