Listen to the reviews and keep your AC operational
I would consider staying again only under the following circumstances 1) if their aircon service is operational or 2) if during the times when it isn't, it is cold enough outside to cool the room through the small window opening. Maybe at most 8 degrees celsius. More than that no way I am staying there. No way. And while at it I would avoid staying at hotels that restrict air conditioning at all. Just charge us more. We'd be happy to pay. So we can stop worrying all day if the weather will be cold enough at night for us to feel comfortable getting sleep. I would pay more not to worry and I'm sure others would as well. Luckily for us it was snowing that time. Other than that it's pretty cool. Others mentioned about the tub and the water splashing around wets the entire floor and it is true. The shower head could be better as well especially if you're on the taller side. Have to bend over quite a bit to get it aimed at your head. But it is clean and was overall a good stay.

It was a very good location. The lobby was beautiful. When we got to our room, we found it very dark with no outlets close at the bedside. Also, we were not a fan of the tub and handheld shower type. There is no full door to prevent the shower spray from wetting the floor also. We did appreciate the large room but found the pillows very soft. Reasonable stay but not amazing.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The lock on my son's room broke, so he couldn't get in. The staff promptly fixed the problem by calling a repair man. The repair took a long time, so they gave my son an upgraded room. They were all amazing and polite. The rooms had bathtub which we loved. The beds are very comfortable and clean.

Mediocre for the cost
The room was much smaller than I had expected. I also tried calling the lobby multiple times but they never answered. When I went down, they stated they don't answer during busy times. The lighting in the washroom is very dim so for girls that like putting on makeup, you may have to resort to going to the window and laying all your items down on the rim.
