I was welcomed by name at the door, and made to feel welcome from the start. I was asked what time i wanted breakfast, and was advised which door i could use to go in and out. I asked about smoking area and was advised. Later they had put a chair and ashtray out for The house was in an absolutely beautiful location with stunning grounds, with no traffic noises. Would highly recommended for a quiet break.

Lovely, comfortable clean and spacious room. Good size breakfast with good quality ingredients with pleasant hosts. Property located away from major roads surrounded by stunning gardens makes for a peaceful nights sleep. Would say I would stay again, but I had to come back for work again unexpectedly the following week and re-booked without hesitation

The property is lovely. Photos on website don’t do it justice. Only met the one owner who was really welcoming and friendly. Such a lovely peaceful setting… I really felt I had had a relaxing break 😊

A delightfully secluded spot in verdant, rolling countryside. This very well appointed modern house built in a traditional style and set in a beautifully maintained garden. A friendly village pub that serves good food is within walking distance. The room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, perfectly timed and exactly suited to my needs that day. My stay was a quick overnight stop before a sports event early the next day, but it would be nice to visit with more leisure in the summer months.

What a find in the middle of the country! Great welcome from the owners, lovely comfortable room, great touch of providing small jug to get fresh milk from fridge (which you could put your own food in) for tea/coffee in room. Hot cooked breakfast provided in price, option of toast and cereal as well. Got to leave with some home grown tomatoes as well!

Great welcome from host. Scrupulously clean in room and en suite. Nice 2 person sofa in room to relax and watch TV. Access to small outside area in garden, very nice in the morning and a great way to start the day. Good breakfast.

Beautiful home in a stunning countryside location. Room was warm and large with a comfortable lounge area with sofa and french doors to garden. Simon made me a delicious breakfast at the time of my choice.

I liked nothing. Difficult to find because it was unsigned down farm track. Settee facing away from tv. No upright chair ot desk Milk left out in jug in hot weather No knowledge about where to go for evening meal.
