Atendimento no restaurante foi decepcionante. Não pude entrar no restaurante pra acompanhar minha esposa e filhos que já estavam no restaurante pois já passava do horário.

Hotel com uma boa estrutura mas é antigo e requer cuidados, piscina aquecida por exemplo estava gelada e cheia de areia e materiais de obra por perto. Ao chegar antes do horário do check In (11h) questionamos se podíamos usar a academia enquanto esperávamos o horário do quarto estar disponível, e foi negado usar qualquer área comum do hotel, coisa que eu nunca vi nos diversos hotéis e pousadas que já me hospedei. Café da manhã mediano. Faltava cerveja no hotel ao pedir numa tarde ensolarada de sábado. Pedido do iFood chegou sem nenhum aviso e ficou na recepção esfriando. Hotel tem potencial para ser bom, mas precisa melhorar bastante o nível de serviço e fazer manutenção das áreas.
