The hotel was decent. In my experience the only people that left a good impression on us was Adam and Islam! They were very helpful and nice. However, when we got there we were told we could get shuttle service from the airport and had emailed the hotel to confirm, we received a reply from the reservation manager (Haseeb) saying we could get one. No one showed up to the airport. We ended up taking a taxi which was cheaper anyways, but not the best first impression. Breakfast was okay. The condition of the room wasn’t horrible but some things could have been better.

Helpful staff and spacious room. The breakfast buffet was nice and had decent variety. There was a plumbing issue in my toilet to it was a bit smelly and I saw a tiny cockroach there - I haven't told reception though but whenever I wanted housekeeping, they came immediately. Hotel had busy commercial area just few minutes walking from it and Uber was always 1-2 minutes away from the hotel. Overall, nice experience and I would probably stay there again.

Avoid at all cost
Awful hotel, worst hotel I’ve stayed in. You’ll spend most of the time waiting for things, like check in (3 hours late), lunch (over an hour), iron (2 hours), room never got cleaned so had to grab towels and toilet rolls my self from the trolley. Absolutely shambles, got given room key but someone was already in that room when we went in!

Pas a la hauteur d’un hôtel 5 etoiles
Alors je commence par le positif, le personnel est vraiment sympa agréable avec l’envie de bien faire. Malheureusement ça ne fonctionne pas. La qualité de prestation n’est pas du tout a la hauteur d’un 5 etoiles. Plutot autour d’un 3 etoiles qui offrirait des pantoufles en plus. Gros problemes d’humidité dans la peinture des murs avec des cloques partout. Le menage n’a pas été fait à 2 reprises malgré la demande de le faire. Tous les jours sans exception où le menage a été fait il manquait systématiquement a minima grande serviette, petite serviette et serviette de sol. Obligé d’appeler tous les soirs pour s’en faire fournir (heureusement après l’appel les serviettes arrivent rapidement). La salle de sport n’existe pas et ca n’est indiqué nulle part. Il y a une pièce vide ou on peut deviner l’existence un jour dans le passé d’une salle de sport équipée. L’ascenseur destiné au niveau Roof n’est pas fonctionnel il faut utiliser un ascenseur de service qui empeste la cigarette ou un ascenseur censé être réservé aux pompiers. Aucun entretien de la piscine dans la journée. Une personne vient poser des serviettes dans un casier à un moment puis on ne voit plus personne pour ramasser les serviettes laissées sur les 4 seuls transats (pas de corbeille a serviette usée). Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai contacté le service 3 jours de suite avant qu’ils ne se decident enfin à le mettre en service et une fois en marche un horrible bruit très gênant pendant tout le sejour. plus de place

This is just a 3 star hotel. People from other rooms banging their door so loud at the middle of the night. Pillows are not comfortable. Bathroom drainage is slow to drain. No hand towels provided by the hotel. Front desk did not tell us about brakfast and dinner we booked, we just asked. Parking is too thight. Turning on and off lights and AC is a struggle. Air conditioning is too noisy. It's just an old hotel in Doha.

Well well
It’s a nice hotel with very polite staff, they might have a nice breakfast but I didn’t tried that out. They could make a new gym with new things in it . Everything felt outdated unfortunately at the gym. I do think that the metro station is far away, I was taking Uber everywhere because of the heat you couldn’t walk everywhere. Otherwise the hotel is OK but they could renovate and make it better here and there ! Remember if you book this hotel the nearest metro station isn’t close by. It’s sad that they couldn’t offer any free shuttle to the metro station. Didn’t try the pool but it looked good. It’s a OK hotel but it misses something :)..

The staff was perfect! Every staff member was just very polite, kind, and helpful, especially, Ms. Anne and Soul (the lady from India! I hope I am not misspelling the name!), the guys at the reception and just anybody else! The location and breakfast was so nice; though, the breakfast buffét could have a little more variation! We had a kind of long stay in the hotel and we were kind of tired of the same breakfast.

Das Hotel war ambitioniert ausgelegt, hat aber im Laufe der Jahre etwas an Ausstrahlung verloren. Einige Dinge sehen recht ge-/verbraucht aus, Sauberkeit in den Ecken nicht so toll. Aber sehr freundliches und fleißiges Personal. Von 5 "wake up calls" haben 2 nicht funktioniert.
