Grey Nuns Residence is actually Concordia university apartment, centrally located in Montreal downtown, busy and very convenient, minutes walk to metro station.
I lived in the 4/F., but it is top floor, very hot in this summer. For us, it is fine because we went out every day and back to our room after 10pm. But if you want to stay in the afternoon, go to find somewhere else. Room is really big, we had two single beds, two study desk with chairs, one washing basins, but no private bathroom, no A/c, common shower room, toilet, completely college feel, nothing luxury! Get key and self service.
Beware of parkings are only available during weekdays, $10 all day( not bad), but not available during weekend. However, it is terribly to find parking during Friday & Sat nights.
