Bad billing stress
Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. Even after I showed my receipts and bank statements. He was not transparent and he wasted our time we should’ve been enjoying the island. Specifically he wasted an hour at checkin and another hour at checkout. And caused a great deal of stress.
