The shower doors would not close, the fridge did not work (and smelled) and linens were stained. This was not what I was expecting for a hotel that cost €200 a month.

A lovely option for Port of Split

I booked this last-minute and was very happy with the stay. The view is great, as is the location. You can easily walk to Old Town, it's minutes away. Staff were very accommodating. The furniture orientation is unique and a bit of a post-Baroque meets Art Deco. Having an empty mini fridge was great, there's a convenience store moments away. I would recommend this property.

Last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised!! Great little hotel in walking distance of the main Riva in Split. You can walk to the Port and the taxi rank is also close by. The room was very big and had everything you needed Note it isn't manned after 11pm until 8am and there isn't a restaurant or bar. Lovely rooftop terrace with a great view of the city !!

Stayed in annex, a little disappointing

The property's photos showcase a view of the sea. We booked two large rooms but were disappointed to see that we were in annex across the street with no view of the sea at all. Also, no elevator so needed to take heavy suitcases up two flights of narrow stairs. The friendly person checking us in helped, which was nice. Breakfast offered, but it was separately priced from our room and seemed very expensive at 17E per person. What I loved most was the chaise longue in our rooms!

The hotel is beautifully located. Accessing the main entrance can be tricky as it is not on a main road but an interior walking path. But once you are able to find it, everything is smooth! Staff is amazing, kind and helpful. Nives is warm and so sweet. We rented a vehicle and found that the option the hotel provides to park at the nearby covered garage is extremely helpful. It's not cheap (€22/ day) but it's worth it for the peace of mind. Alternatively, you can park on the street for €18/day but you have to count on finding a spot and not losing it if you move the car. We were visiting mid October but if you are going in high season, it wouldn't be a bad idea to secure your spot at the garage through the hotel. Be mindful that this needs to be done ahead of time. The property if well located. Lots of dining options around as well as a nearby market. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved our short stay here!!
