Ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town, the apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. We were only in the apartment from late evening until morning, exploring the nearby area during the day. A couple of negatives for our economy room which was on the ground floor with tables right outside our closed window. It was noisy at night and the tables outside our window were in constant use and the curtains were see through as we could see people sitting at the tables do privacy and soundproofing was not great. The television did not work either, however overall it was still good value for money.

Beautiful cheap hotel in heart of old town!!

Fantastic little hotel with beautiful old style room in the heart of old town!! Very cheap, very clean and definitely very friendly place to stay. Manager absolutely fantastic looking after us. Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is charming and in an excellent location in the old town. The bed was comfortable and the room spotless. Only took a star off because there was no water for a shower in the morning, not just no hot water but no water from taps. Unfortunate when 40 degrees C outside. Aircon was also good in the room too.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the tourist area. Scores of restaurant options, shopping and historical sites. The rooms was quaint. I recommend the second floor, the rooms a larger and quieter. Staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Fuerzon and Kadir.

Unconcerned.

The hotel has a perfect location in the old town, the rooms are small but serviceable. I paid for 4 days but left after 3. My bed was 3m from and 1m below a restaurant table on the street separated by a double window and a curtain. The restaurant and street noise was extreme. I reserved a room with a queen bed (I'm a big guy) but got a room with twin beds, they promised night 1 and 2 to fix it. On day 3 they pushed them together but otherwise left them the same. In all aspects the staff was unconcerned. I wanted a bottle of water but had to go twice to the restaurant asking for it to finally get it.

Great hotel

Room was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom clean but shower door needs a little maintenance as it is loose and difficult to close but hey! We are in Türkiye. Breakfast was excellent, service good and prompt. Location was superb, everything you need on the doorstep although i guess it could be a little noisy in peak season.

Promised kitchen but there was none so we had to eat outside unwillingly each day, rooms were moldy, changed 3 rooms in 12 nights stay, no balcony ( again shown in pictures and promised) upon booking. Hotel rooms clearly states apart hotel meaning kitchen there was none. Completely dissatisfied.

Property needs an upgrade. Breakfast was supposedly at 8am. It was moved to 8.30am. Yet when we sat down to dine at 8.30am, we were told that the kitchen staff wouldn't be in until 9am. We had tours booked so for the three days we were there, we weren't able to avail any breakfast at all because of the above reason. Aside from that, there was often no one in reception when we needed something.

The hotel location is great, but the rooms and service are subpar. We were given a small room with a tiny window. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom smelled moldy. The shower door was so rusty that I had to lift it up to open and close it! The towels were old and scratchy, so I ended up using my own swimming towels. The bed sheets were also threadbare, and you could see holes in them. After one night, we asked for a better room. The new room was only slightly better. The service was also very poor. The staff was distracted and inattentive. It took them over an hour to bring us breakfast one morning, even though we were sitting outside in the hot sun waiting. It's a shame that this hotel, which has such a great location, is so poorly managed. The rooms are definitely not worth the price we paid. The hotel should invest in new sheets and towels, upgrade its bathrooms, and hire/train better staff. I hope that the hotel will take my feedback into consideration and make some improvements. With a little effort, this hotel could be a great place to stay.

We were checked into the wrong room! And this was smaller than the one booked! This room seemed much older and less modern than the one booked and was dirty. As we had arranged a trip and had to be out within 5-10 minutes to make our connection, we decided to deal with the problems on our return. When we communicated our displeasure to the manger he was helpful and said he will try and get the room booked for the next day. At this time I was informed that we could have our drinks and meal free of charge! At this point we were having a drink after our tour and resting. Later we had a meal and 2 drinks and retired to bed as we had a tour booked for the next day at 9.00 am. As we got ready for bed the manager came to the door and tried to insist on payment for our meal & drinks. When I challenged him on this. He told me he only meant what we were having at the time, before our evening meal? I was later informed the owner said the drinks & meal would not be charged for. The next day we had a trip booked for 9.00 am breakfast only started at 8.30 am which left little time as it was served even later we could not eat our breakfast & had to leave. On our return from our trip we were informed that the original was ready to see. However we were to tired to contemplate moving, so decided to stay were we were.

The girl that worked in this hotel was more then rude.When tried to talk to her she said no English .Without any explanation she was pushing me to sign visa receipt, which I signed because she was pushy. When they showed the room where we needed to stay I almost had a panic attack because the room has very very small window, I felt I was like in tunnel.I didn’t feel comfortable to stay in that room I asked the room with normal size of the window .They called someone who speaks English he said I have to pay if I want the room with windows . On the internet the price for the room was the same as the one I paid for. I tried to show them on the internet the price they didn’t want to look at it.I was was very disappointed with their behaviour and ended up crying.At the end they told me you have three choices: to stay in this room; to pay more to have better room or we will give you money. I gave them visa card and told them I want money back. They just ignored me.I came back tomorrow asking them why they didn’t accept my card , they told me that they cannot refund me today as the offer was for yesterday . They advised that Expedia, told them: “we heard your and her(mine) story we don’t know what happened, do not pay her(me) .”I contacted Expedia and they told me that they are still waiting for response from the hotel. I paid hotel room that I didn’t stay in. That was on Oct 4,2023 and I still have not received any response from them. Instead to enjoy my vacation I had this …

Bed Bugs

Bedbugs. They said they took care of bedbugs but it bit my friend and bedbugs were seen walking around in the bed. Not clean. Could not reach the hotel representative by phone multiple times. We were supposed to stay for 3 night but left early morning after first night and were not refunded for the rest of the nights.
