"The air-conditioner seem to get warm in the middle of the night. There’s no top sheet on the bed so you’re stuck with the quilt doing a cover and the pillows were very uncomfortable but everything else was perfect. The staff were amazing just a couple of tweaks."
"expedia messed up with their infamous glitch, but staff guided us through the process ok. we got the room originally paid for for a reasonable supplementary payment. I will never trust Expedia again,, as they have been thoroughly disingenuous about this matter"
"The resort was very clean and the food options were delicious. I recommend the all-inclusive package for extended stays. Staff is friendly and attentive. It has a steep walk to the rooms from a the lobby but there is a shuttle service that runs all day into the late night every 5 minutes that is extremely helpful. Beautiful pools and spa facilities."
"We absolutely loved our stay at Gracelands Patong! The location is perfect — close to everything you need while still being a lovely place to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The rooms, facilities and overall atmosphere were great, and once again we had such an enjoyable stay. This was our 4th time staying at Gracelands, which really says how much we love coming back!
Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again! ❤️🌴"
"Had a wonderful stay at Baipho Lifestyle Hotel. The room was very clean, the breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were kind, friendly, and very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of Patong Beach and the shopping mall. Highly recommended, I’d happily stay here again!"

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Thailand
Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Thailand on a budget is a great value for money, especially during May, September, and October, when hotel prices may drop to lower prices. A stay of at least 3 days is ideal to experience the country's main landmarks, historical sites, cultural treasures, and natural attractions.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals in Thailand, begin by exploring the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to keep informed about flash sales and unique last-minute promotions, helping you seize savings opportunities. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available via the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities easily. This way, if rooms become available or prices drop, you'll be among the first to know and can plan your spontaneous getaway.
Be flexible with dates: Prices can vary depending on factors like the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates may help you find a better rate for your stay in a Thailand hotel. For those seeking unique experiences, boutique hotels often offer a more personalized atmosphere and could provide better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below average. If the price seems higher, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you potentially save.
Consider your location: Staying in the heart of major cities in Thailand provides unmatched convenience, but it often comes with a premium price tag. While the allure of being near key attractions is undeniable, accommodations in these bustling areas tend to be more expensive. In contrast, smaller towns and rural areas are more likely to offer affordable options, though this might mean you'll need to travel a bit further to reach popular spots. For those seeking better rates, exploring hotels outside the city center or even considering nearby cities can be a smart move, as they tend to be more budget-friendly while still offering plenty to see and do.
