Room was very dirty, carpets were full of stains, filthy. Half full drinks, candy wrappers and someone’s brush was left in the room. It had an odd smell- like an aquarium, probably due to all of the foul smelling rocks that were used as decor. Our view from all bedrooms was a brick wall. The location was great, easy access to myeongdong market and shopping. But other than that I would stay away.

Great location and overall a very pleasant stay. I stayed in the Royal Grand Suite and was very satisfied with the room—it was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downside was the bathroom, which didn’t have a proper place to hang clothes or towels for use after a shower, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The hot tub water took very long to warm the water. I think there is some issue with the water heater. Also, if someone is using the hot tub warm water, the shower area will not have any warm water. The shower area keep flooding as well. Room is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is good and it is a distance away from the noisy street. The staff cleaned our room everyday and helped wash and dry our laundry as well! We booked a suite that has 3 rooms and 4 beds for the 6 of us. It comes with a kitchen and sitting and dining areas that are very suitable for making some simple meals. The staff at the reception were great too. They helped us book a jumbo taxi to the airport, which cost similar price as the airport limousine for our party.
