I wish I had better things to say, but I have to be honest about my experience. At first the service was really great. We were greeted by the staff prior to check in and the 2 receptionists were so friendly and nice. They said our room should be available at 3 and to come back. We arrived at 4 since that is the guaranteed time. The new reception attendant provided us a room and key. We headed there and the sheets and towels were all over the floor and several people were still working on the room. We promptly returned to the desk and the man told me, there is not an available room and to come back. The other attend reception person found us a room and we headed there. It was ready, but almost every room feature did not work.
The tv had a bunch of boxes that were scrolling with no options, the refrigerator was not cool, none of the outlets (USB or 2 prongs) worked to be able to charge our phones, the light switch to the bed light was broken off, the black out curtains were broken so the sun shined in at sunrise (5 am-ish), and the closet right felt not sturdy.
The good stuff is the location. It is really well situated. Some of the staff were really friendly, and of course the reason why most people choose here is the price. I was happy for the reception desk person that walked the man helping us through finding a room for us, but it was not a great welcome after already walking for hours in the vicinity.
In a pinch I would stay here again, but likely not.
