When I was back from the blue lagoon, just want to have a bath quickly, but I discovered that the shower was out of work. Then I asked for help. He came and tried to fix it but not work, then asked me to wait for a FEW minutes, he will be back soon, so I wait. But OVER 15 minutes, still can't see anyone come back, then I make a call to front desk, and someone told me that man was going out to pick somebody up, so ask me to wait 5 minutes more. I felt angry. After 5 minutes, he came back with one more colleague, and two men tried to fix the shower, still not work. And he asked me to wait again and he went to call his boss. OK, then I wait. Finally he came with his boss, they checked again and maybe try to fix, anyway finally the shower fixed, and the boss explained that because ME turned it too much that makes it out of work, I get angry at that moment! How come you can blame me on that? The facilities out of work is the problem of your hotel! How come you can blame your customer?! This makes me feel so unhappy.
Although other service is fairly good, include the arrangement of booking shuttle bus and the front desk service. And I know that this maybe a specific incident of me, but base on this unhappy experience, I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.
