Try somewhere else
Right off the bat, the ac did not work the best. But fine, it’s hot and the ac can’t keep up. Kept it on all day and all night and it wasn’t the greatest but we got thru it. The freezer door did not stay shut properly so good luck keeping anything frozen. We had to use masking tape to keep it shut. The real cherry on top was the part where they came knocking my door down one morning insisting I owed them money because I didn’t pay my full stay when I checked in. Even tho I repetitively stated I had used hotels.com to pay my full stay up front and confirmed with the front desk at check in that everything was good they insisted I owed money. The guy made me go downstairs and demanded I give him a card to pay for my remaining balance. After stating multiple times that I wasn’t paying anything additional he then magically was able to see that I had already paid in full and didn’t owe anything. I’ve stayed here in the past and it was not this bad. Terrible customer service and will think twice before returning to this location.
