It's a very clean hotel and also nice staff.
I have a very excellent experience to stay here for a week.
Can not forget a janitor down his knee to mopping or waxing floor.
It blew my mind!

Abusivos con el depósito

Somewhat disappointing.
The first room I stayed in had no water pressure, hardly a trickle. When I complained, they moved me to a better room 2 floors lower. The sofa in my first room had visible stains on it, and there were no tissues in the tissue dispenser. When I asked one of the room attendants for tissues, she said she didn't have any.

Rude front desk-day shift Nov14th
The front desk attendant could have not been more rude, disrespectful and dismissive. I came before Checkin time at 3pm. When I asked if there was a room to check in I received almost a hysterical answer that the room is. It ready and to come back at checkin time. I said ok, not a problem and either asked if I may drop off my luggage with the front desk.
Again a very rude response that they are not doing that.
He also told me to move my car from the parking spot since I’m not staying in the hotel yet.
I did not have time to rebook but I should have done it.
Terrible person who should not be employed to work with customers.

Poor Communication
We did not stay. We tried to cancel our reservation & never heard back from the manager after 2 calls. It was poor service from the hotel. Makes me not want to book with IHG again.

It was good but it could had been better. Pancake machine was not working so no pancakes for breakfast. The trash from our room was never picked up. Our damp towels were never replaced with new dry towels for our whole stay.

Poor experience
Terrible. The hotel receptionist provided poor customer service. She had the exterior glass doors locked and would not let us in the lobby. She spoke to us from 20 feet away through the glass doors and she kept repeating, “we have no rooms, contact your booking agent”. I tried to explain that I already had my reservation with confirmation number but she would not give me an explanation. She continued to repeat herself. There was another family that was there before me and she was telling them the same thing as they were in the same predicament. They had their reservation but were not allowed in. This was very frustrating and caused me to have to look for a last minute change of hotels. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inns for close to 30 years now and this was honestly my 1st bad experience. The receptionist could have done better. Now I have to wait on trying to get my money refunded. Not sure if I’ll give them another chance. Maybe, maybe not.
