My wife and I loved the room. It was beautifully decorated and was very cool and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to help us. I highly recommend this property. All the staff was very nice.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I had a nice room...perfect for one. Its very close to the beach and had great falafels across the street. My complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful when i had questions. Will stay here again.

We booked a room in the last minute. We got an upgrade as in mentioned in the Gold member conditions. We didn't get a bottle of wine, I assume because it was the last minute. The receptionist was ok. Our room had a leak in the sink but we immediately got a switch to another room. The rooms are maintained but don't feel really clean. For the pricing it was well worth.

This place is gross. The hallways were dirty and smelled like a dead cat. They didn’t clean the room every day for some reason, and never replaced the coffee.

Good value for the price. Large rooms and kept very clean. Very nice staff always willing to help. they have a very cool lobby bar with creative cocktails. It’s a very popular spot, so in the evenings there is a lot of foot traffic from non-guests. But also very convenient for guests. We personally had a few hiccups, like they didn’t have a baby crib for us for our first night, and the elevators went out for a couple hours and we had to walk up 5 flights. Overall it was a good stay and we would consider staying there again.

Cheguei tarde e a atendente da noite foi impecável. Porém a garrafa de vinho que eu tinha direito pela minha estadia nunca foi oferecida. Na manhã seguinte precisei de 1 hr de late check out que me foi oferecida gentilmente. Na volta do almoço me dirigi pra pegar minhas malas e o atendente foi bem rude e nem checou meus dados ao entregar minha bagagem.
