NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER - WANT MY POINTS REFUNDED
I had to go to the neighboring Hampton Inn due to A/C problems at the Homewood Suites.
I cannot log into WiFi since I am registered at Homewood Suites, and Homewood Suites is not listed as a WiFi option. Only Hampton Inn shows up as a WiFi option, and my name is not found as a registered guest.
The room is ok, but I had booked a suite with separate sitting area and a kitchen area at Homewood Suites. At Hampton Inn I am in a simple hotel room. I am very disappointed with this since I expected a more luxurious accommodation, and I brought food to have dinner in my room. As I had to park in a neighboring garage I cannot bring in all of my things. I use a cane, and also cannot carry heavy items without a luggage cart.
